управление кадровыми изменениями работников, руководство отделом кадров, аудит кадровых документов. Штат более 400 чел; разработка локальных нормативных актов, регламентирующих трудовую деятельность сотрудников, трудовых договоров и дополнительных соглашений, должностных инструкций и т.д.; контроль и анализ движения персонала; доведение до сведения персонала организационных, распорядительных и кадровых документов Академии; ведение штатного расписания и организационной структуры Академии; составление и контроль исполнения графика отпусков; подготовка материалов для предоставления персонала к поощрениям и награждениям; взаимодействие с ученым секретарем по вопросам проведения конкурсных процедур (в т.ч. контроль за соблюдением сроков трудовых договоров работников); работа с филиалами Академии; оперативный поиск и подбор необходимых Академии специалистов; предоставление отчетности в государственные органы (СФР, статистика, служба занятости, миграционная служба, Минобрнауки России); автоматизация процессов кадрового делопроизводства.

высшее профессиональное образование (профили "управление персоналом", "юриспруденция" приветствуется) или высшее профессиональное и дополнительно переподготовка в области "Управление персоналом"; опыт работы в кадровом делопроизводстве не менее 6 лет, в т.ч. опыт работы на руководящих должностях в сфере организации по управлению кадрами не менее 6 лет; уверенный пользователь 1С "Зарплата и Кадры" не ниже 8.3.; Контур; знание трудового законодательства РФ,НПА, регулирующих кадровую деятельность.
