  • Lead gap and impact assessments across programs, partner experience, tools, processes, policies, discounts, margins, and related business areas, developing clear disposition plans.
  • Gather channel services requirements at the EPIC level and collaborate with service architects, IT architects, and business leaders to validate priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories in partnership with service architects and pillar leads.
  • Lead design sessions with business, architecture, and IT stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions address channel services requirements.
  • Plan, lead, and monitor testing activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes with minimal defects.
  • Develop and coordinate change-management activities, including content creation, impact assessments, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with external implementation resources to incorporate change impacts and maintain alignment throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Establish a consistent communication cadence with key stakeholders across services, leadership, networking, and related teams.
  • Engage distributors and resellers to communicate updates, present proposed designs, gather feedback, and strengthen partner adoption.
  • Present initiatives and developments through partner-facing and internal webinars and other communication channels.
  • Develop data-driven analyses, business models, and performance metrics to evaluate execution, optimize resources, and connect business plans to financial value.
  • Manage multiple large and time-sensitive initiatives while maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Typically 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, business planning, operations, finance, technology, or a related functional discipline.
  • Advanced university degree required, such as an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner operations, and services-related business models.
  • Strong knowledge of networking services and the ability to understand how technology, processes, and partner requirements interact.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic business plans and translating them into actionable programs.
  • Strong analytical and technical analysis skills, including experience with data manipulation, Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to use research, market data, and emerging analytical techniques to identify trends and develop creative, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational initiatives with measurable financial and commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent project and program management capabilities, particularly when leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-management, consulting, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business leaders, partners, and executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team collaboration, conflict resolution, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver large, time-sensitive workstreams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business gaps and turn them into practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across business, IT, architecture, operations, services, and external partner organizations.
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely while maintaining strong engagement with distributed teams and partners.
  • Remote/teleworker work arrangement.
  • Annual base salary range of $123,500–$285,000 for the Texas market, with potential variable incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Health and wellness programs supporting employees and their families.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development and long-term career growth.
  • Programs designed to help employees deepen expertise or explore opportunities across different areas of the organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
