This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP B1 SÊNIOR based in Brazil.

As a Senior SAP Business One Consultant, you will be responsible for driving system improvements aligned with business needs and operational priorities. The role combines functional analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support. You will work closely with business teams and users to understand challenges and translate them into effective SAP B1 solutions. Your expertise will contribute to improving processes, enhancing system performance, and supporting the continuous evolution of the ERP environment. The position offers a high degree of ownership and requires strong functional understanding of SAP Business One. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to a senior professional who enjoys solving business challenges through technology.

Accountabilities

  • Lead SAP Business One improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and system functionality.
  • Analyze business needs and gather detailed functional requirements from users and business areas.
  • Map existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization, simplification, and greater operational efficiency.
  • Perform SAP Business One configuration, parameterization, and system adjustments according to approved requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into practical SAP B1 solutions while ensuring alignment with operational processes.
  • Plan and execute functional tests, support homologation, and validate system changes before implementation.
  • Act as a functional interface between users, business teams, and technology stakeholders throughout improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support for improvement-related demands, investigating issues and proposing appropriate functional solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of SAP Business One and the improvement of business processes.
  • Solid professional experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Strong experience with SAP B1 improvement initiatives, system evolution, and functional adjustments.
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and conduct requirements gathering with users and stakeholders.
  • Experience with business process mapping and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One configuration and parameterization.
  • Experience planning and executing functional tests, supporting homologation, and validating system changes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working directly with users and business areas.
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive approach to solving functional and process-related challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage improvement demands in a remote environment.
  • Experience working within the agribusiness sector is a plus.
  • Fully remote work model within Brazil.
