This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Frontend React Pleno based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to build responsive, scalable web experiences with a strong focus on user experience. You’ll work primarily with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript while contributing to reusable components and modern Design Systems. The position combines hands-on development with API integration, state management, automated testing, and collaborative engineering practices. You’ll have autonomy to take features from initial development through delivery while helping solve technical challenges along the way. Collaboration with Design, Product, and Backend teams will be an important part of your day-to-day work. You’ll also contribute to code quality, technical standards, knowledge sharing, and the continuous evolution of the team.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web interfaces with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Build applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Create and evolve reusable components following Design Systems and frontend best practices.
  • Implement local, global, and asynchronous state management using solutions such as Context API, Redux, or React Query.
  • Integrate and consume REST APIs, including error handling, caching, interceptors, and other backend communication requirements.
  • Implement modern styling approaches and technologies such as Tailwind CSS, Styled-Components, or CSS Modules.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Use Git in collaborative development workflows, including branching, conflict resolution, and code reviews.
  • Analyze technical problems, propose effective solutions, and manage assigned work from development through delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Backend professionals to align technical and product solutions.
  • Participate actively in Code Reviews, contributing to code quality, consistency, and engineering standards.
  • Support continuous improvements to team practices, processes, and technical solutions.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative culture of learning and technical development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.
  • Solid experience with TypeScript, including interfaces, types, generics, and effective typing practices within the React ecosystem.
  • Strong experience with local, global, and/or asynchronous state management, including React Query, Redux, or Context API.
  • Experience with modern styling technologies such as Tailwind CSS, Styled-Components, or CSS Modules.
  • Experience working with and consuming Design Systems.
  • Solid experience integrating REST APIs, including error handling, interceptors, and data caching.
  • Strong knowledge of automated testing, including unit and integration testing with Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Advanced knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows such as Gitflow or Feature Branch.
  • Experience resolving complex Git conflicts, maintaining commit standards, and actively contributing to Code Reviews.
  • Strong technical autonomy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to own business requirements and deliver them end-to-end.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for working with Design, Product, and Backend teams.
  • Willingness to share knowledge, receive feedback, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced technology environment.
