  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches in partnership with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Channel Managers.
  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts within targeted accounts while following up on leads and referrals generated through field activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to requests, resolving issues, and supporting customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with reseller and channel partners to support opportunities and maintain effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate account information, pipeline activity, and customer records within the CRM system.
  • Participate in relevant marketing activities, seminars, trade shows, and other industry events as required.
  • Manage territory activity with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience selling security software or technology solutions through channel partners to U.S. Federal Civilian Agencies is preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is preferred.

  • Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executives and groups.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of cybersecurity products and solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated achievement focus, persistence, urgency, adaptability, and ability to overcome sales obstacles.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize competing demands and develop realistic action plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt sales strategies to changing customer and market requirements.
  • Security clearance is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require.
  • Candidates should be based in the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia metropolitan area.
  • Opportunity to drive cybersecurity sales within the U.S. Federal Civilian market.
  • Exposure to senior federal decision-makers, channel partners, and complex enterprise security environments.
  • Collaboration with Sales Engineering, Sales Management, and Channel Management teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
