The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Platform/Implementation Engineer based in United States.

This role is responsible for the hands-on technical deployment, configuration, integration, and validation of enterprise software within customer environments. You will work across infrastructure, identity, databases, networking, security, and application services to bring implementations from discovery through production readiness. The position combines deep technical troubleshooting with direct customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will help ensure data is accurately ingested, normalized, validated, and ready for customer acceptance. Success requires strong systems administration expertise, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language. You will also contribute to implementation documentation, customer training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement. The role is remote for candidates based in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones, with a strong emphasis on customer partnership and technical ownership.

Accountabilities

  • Deploy, configure, integrate, and validate application services, connectors, agents, and data collectors across enterprise customer environments.
  • Execute implementation activities according to approved project scopes, timelines, security requirements, and change-management processes.
  • Integrate solutions with directory services, identity platforms, databases, cloud environments, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Validate data ingestion, normalization, completeness, visualization, and overall readiness before production deployment.
  • Partner directly with customers from technical discovery through operational handoff, aligning implementation activities with business, infrastructure, and security objectives.
  • Lead customer workshops, technical working sessions, and status meetings while clearly communicating progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and blockers.
  • Gather technical and operational requirements and assess infrastructure readiness, including servers, service accounts, firewall rules, certificates, and integration dependencies.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows and Linux environments, identity systems, networking, DNS, firewalls, permissions, certificates, application services, databases, connectors, and source data.
  • Use logs, SQL queries, system utilities, and controlled testing to identify root causes and distinguish product issues from environmental or configuration problems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering, Product, Cloud, Security, or Support teams with clear evidence, business impact, and reproducible details.
  • Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data mappings to support implementations and validate results.
  • Reconcile source inventories against ingested data and prepare validation summaries covering data quality, completeness, and customer readiness.
  • Maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, environment details, runbooks, test evidence, and support procedures.
  • Deliver customer administrator training and knowledge-transfer sessions and share implementation insights with internal product and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with the Implementation Manager to execute assigned activities, maintain accurate status reporting, and follow issues through resolution.
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering or administration, including systems engineering, application implementation, professional services, or enterprise technical support.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments, integrations, upgrades, or complex technical troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on Windows Server administration experience, including IIS, .NET application hosting, Windows services, permissions, file systems, logs, and command-line troubleshooting, along with working knowledge of Linux/UNIX.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, including domain service accounts and associated rights and permissions, plus familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, Okta, and identity and access management concepts.
  • Practical PKI knowledge, including requesting, installing, and binding CA-signed certificates with appropriate CN and SAN entries.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security fundamentals, with hands-on troubleshooting across TCP/IP, ports, DNS, proxies, firewalls, and TLS.
  • Experience installing and configuring Microsoft SQL Server and using SQL for joins, filtering, reconciliation, data analysis, and validation in relational databases.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities for automating repeatable technical tasks; Bash, Python, or similar scripting experience is a plus.
  • Experience configuring and using monitoring and alerting tools to track system health and respond to technical issues.
  • Experience working within formal change-management processes, particularly in banking or similarly regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with the discipline to manage multiple priorities and drive issues through resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a customer-service mindset when working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience with identity governance, privileged access, security, compliance, or data-governance platforms is preferred.
  • SQL Server high-availability experience and familiarity with platforms such as CyberArk, ServiceNow CMDB, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle, or other enterprise infrastructure and database technologies are advantageous.
  • Experience with both SaaS and self-hosted enterprise software deployments, particularly in regulated or security-conscious environments, is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Linux, cloud, networking, databases, security, or identity and access management are beneficial.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Fully remote opportunity for candidates located in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale implementations involving identity security, infrastructure, data, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, transparency, teamwork, and customer success.
  • Exposure to customers, industry partners, and technically complex enterprise environments.
  • Opportunities for professional development, technical growth, and expanded responsibility.
  • Dynamic, high-growth environment focused on reducing organizational identity and security risks.
  • Equal-opportunity workplace committed to evaluating candidates based on qualifications and legally protected characteristics.
  • Flexible work environment designed to support effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
