This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Client Success Manager (Third Party Casualty) based in United States.

This role is focused on helping insurance organizations maximize the value of technology across third-party casualty claims operations. You will act as a strategic client partner, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, and opportunities for account growth. The position combines deep insurance expertise with commercial thinking, analytics, and consultative relationship management. You will work closely with customers to identify operational challenges and translate technology capabilities into meaningful business improvements. The role offers broad exposure to claims transformation, workflow optimization, analytics, and emerging insurance technology. You will collaborate across Client Success, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams to execute customer strategies and deliver results. This is a remote position with travel of up to approximately 30% and significant interaction with senior customer stakeholders.

Accountabilities

  • Develop deep expertise in third-party casualty claims operations, industry trends, customer challenges, and relevant technology solutions.
  • Partner with assigned customers to drive product adoption, utilization, time to value, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement that can be addressed through technology, process optimization, and industry best practices.
  • Connect solution capabilities to customer objectives, claims outcomes, operational metrics, and financial value, demonstrating measurable return on investment.
  • Provide strategic guidance on claims workflow optimization, transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and opportunities to expand solution usage.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by sharing industry insights, benchmarking, analytics, and best practices that can improve claims performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to execute account strategies and achieve customer goals.
  • Monitor key indicators including time to value, product adoption, renewal performance, and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Support customer retention and growth by identifying emerging needs and aligning solutions with evolving business priorities.
  • 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, third-party casualty claims, client success, claims operations, consulting, account management, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of liability claims handling, casualty workflows, litigation management, medical management, and insurance carrier operations.
  • Experience working directly with insurers, third-party administrators, self-insured organizations, or insurance technology providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect technology solutions with customer objectives, operational improvements, measurable outcomes, and business value.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills, including confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial mindset with accountability for customer outcomes, retention, and account growth.
  • Experience supporting claims transformation, operational improvement, digital modernization, or technology adoption initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience with casualty claims technologies involving medical management, claim triage, severity reduction, workflow optimization, analytics, or decision support is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across customer-facing, commercial, product, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused approach to identifying opportunities and solving complex operational problems.
  • Base salary range of $78,555.51–$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
