You will have the opportunity to mentor other QA engineers while influencing testing processes, tooling, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, complex Agile environment.

Accountabilities

  • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality, stability, and release readiness.
  • Review product and technical requirements and translate them into effective test strategies, coverage, and risk assessments.
  • Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing strategies across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
  • Perform regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for critical customer-facing features and workflows.
  • Validate authentication, account management, promotions, rewards, loyalty points and tiers, redemption flows, and geolocation functionality.
  • Identify, document, track, troubleshoot, and support the resolution of software defects.
  • Assess release risk and provide clear QA recommendations for complex features, integrations, and customer journeys.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify quality risks early and improve product quality throughout development.
  • Use tools such as Postman, Swagger, browser DevTools, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and mobile emulators to validate functionality and investigate issues.
  • Validate backend integrations and data consistency using SQL queries, debugging tools, and related technical techniques.
  • Apply AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, test design, defect investigation, and overall QA efficiency.
  • Take ownership of testing strategy and execution for complex features and initiatives.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers on testing methodologies, debugging, and quality best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, documentation, and test coverage.
  • Help drive successful releases with strong coverage, minimal production defects, and reliable customer experiences.
  • 5+ years of professional software quality assurance experience, with a strong focus on manual testing.
  • Strong experience testing web and mobile applications in complex production environments.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and software testing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities across frontend and backend systems.
  • Experience with browser DevTools, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, mobile emulators, and similar diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with databases and the ability to write SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI-assisted tools into QA workflows, including test design, debugging, defect analysis, or test coverage.
  • Ability to independently prioritize testing activities, assess risk, and take ownership of quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer experience, continuous improvement, and quality ownership.
  • Experience in sportsbook, casino gaming, fintech, or another regulated industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks or scripting languages such as Python is a plus.
  • Experience testing authentication, geolocation, payments, CRM, or account management workflows is a plus.
  • Curiosity and adaptability when working with emerging technologies and AI-assisted QA practices.
  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • Flexible vacation allowance.
  • Hybrid/remote working environment.
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-volume digital products and critical customer journeys.
  • Hands-on exposure to web, mobile, API, backend, database, and geolocation testing.
  • Opportunity to incorporate AI-assisted tools into modern QA workflows.
  • Senior-level ownership of testing strategy, release readiness, and quality improvement.
  • Mentoring and collaboration opportunities with QA, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Startup-style culture supported by a secure, globally recognized brand.
  • Inclusive and diverse working environment where employees are encouraged to bring their authentic perspectives and skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
