The posting
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior PPC Media Specialist based in United States.
This is a senior paid acquisition opportunity focused on scaling performance marketing programs across search, social, display, and other paid media channels. You will own campaign strategy and execution across multiple brands, balancing hands-on optimization with broader acquisition planning and experimentation. The role is highly autonomous and directly connected to demand generation, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Design, and Content teams to align messaging, audiences, creative, and funnel objectives. Success will be measured through metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline velocity, and downstream revenue impact. You will use data, attribution, competitive intelligence, and structured testing to identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded PPC expert who combines deep platform knowledge with strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable business impact.
Accountabilities
- Own, develop, and continuously evolve paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, Amazon Ads, and paid social channels.
- Build and manage campaigns supporting lead generation, paid social, account-based marketing, retargeting, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Recommend budget allocation and reallocation based on campaign performance, seasonality, business priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across keywords, audiences, platforms, targeting approaches, and ad formats.
- Align paid media programs with funnel stages, campaign objectives, and broader demand generation priorities.
- Drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution rather than optimizing solely for traffic or surface-level engagement.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, conversion, attribution, and downstream revenue visibility.
- Optimize campaigns against CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, pipeline velocity, and other business-critical metrics.
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns end-to-end, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing.
- Prioritize structured experiments based on expected impact, effort, and learning potential.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and manage match types, negative keywords, keyword expansion, relevance, efficiency, and Quality Score.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop, test, and refine ad copy across search, social, display, and video formats.
- Collaborate with Design and Content teams to develop effective creative assets and messaging.
- Run structured tests across messaging, creative formats, offers, audiences, and targeting strategies.
- Partner with Product Marketing to improve landing page performance and ensure alignment between ad intent, messaging, and user experience.
- Build and manage remarketing and retargeting programs and develop tailored audience strategies for ABM, product-led, and sales-led motions.
- Monitor competitor paid media activity and translate market intelligence into actionable keyword, creative, targeting, and bidding decisions.
- Maintain performance dashboards and reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Own paid media measurement across advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution alignment.
- Report on OKR progress weekly within the team and monthly to key stakeholders.
- Communicate performance, insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to non-paid-media stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage paid media programs across multiple brands with distinct ideal customer profiles and funnel motions.
- Balance short-term performance optimization with long-term growth, experimentation, and strategic learning.
- Make informed tradeoffs across brands, channels, campaigns, and budgets based on measurable business impact.
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC or paid media campaigns, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep experience with advanced bidding strategies, including tROAS, tCPA, and value-based bidding.
- Experience with audience layering, exclusions, segmentation, and first-party data activation.
- Strong understanding of demand generation funnels, lead qualification, and the progression from MQL to SQL to revenue.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns using downstream business metrics rather than relying solely on clicks, impressions, or traffic.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with performance data, dashboards, reporting systems, and attribution.
- Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Experience supporting product-led growth, free-trial, or similar acquisition motions is preferred.
- Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization is preferred.
- Experience managing paid media budgets across multiple brands is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate paid media performance into concise business narratives.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on lead quality, pipeline generation, efficiency, and revenue contribution.
- Fully remote position based in the United States.
- Full-time employment.
- Opportunity to own paid acquisition strategy across multiple brands and customer segments.
- Broad exposure to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, Amazon Ads, paid social, ABM, remarketing, and product-led growth programs.
- High degree of autonomy over campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance management.
- Direct impact on MQL generation, SQL conversion, pipeline, and revenue.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Design, Content, and leadership teams.
- Opportunity to work with advanced bidding, first-party data activation, attribution, and performance analytics.
- Ability to shape experimentation, creative testing, landing page optimization, and full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- Opportunity to manage and optimize programs across multiple brands with distinct ICPs and growth objectives.
- Inclusive equal-opportunity working environment.
