This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Benefits & HR Operations Analyst based in the United States.
This role combines HR operations, benefits administration, systems management, analytics, and compliance in a fast-paced technology environment. You will help ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes while maintaining accurate HR data and efficient operational workflows. A significant focus will be on managing health and wellness programs, leave administration, benefits reconciliation, and employee support. You will also contribute to HR reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights into headcount, turnover, and other workforce metrics. The position offers broad exposure across HR functions and requires close collaboration with teams and stakeholders across multiple locations. You will have the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen documentation, and help scale HR operations through effective systems and standardized workflows. Accountabilities:
- Support the administration and optimization of Workday and other HR information systems, troubleshooting issues and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Execute operational transactions related to employee milestones, including onboarding, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain real-time HR dashboards and reporting covering headcount, turnover, and other organizational metrics.
- Analyze HR data and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures and workflow documentation to support scalable HR operations.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of health and wellness programs and serve as a key point of contact for employee questions.
- Perform benefits reconciliation and ensure carrier billing is processed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and track leave of absence programs, including FMLA and disability-related leaves, while supporting a positive employee experience and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing employee perks and programs that strengthen the overall employee value proposition.
- Prepare and coordinate regulatory filings and information requests related to EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, Department of Labor audits, OSHA, and other applicable requirements.
- Draft and update HR policies to reflect changes in federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation and support audit readiness across HR operations and compliance activities.
- Lead or contribute to global HR projects and operational initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of directly relevant experience in HR or benefits operations.
- Experience working with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management and employee support or ticketing platforms.
- Demonstrated experience administering corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience using HRIS platforms to organize, analyze, and report workforce data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Proven ability to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and continuously improve HR operations.
- Project management and operational skills, with experience managing global projects or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility across different levels, functions, and geographies.
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines such as organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation and benefits.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely execution.
- Ability to balance employee service, compliance requirements, operational priorities, and business needs.

- Salary range of $91,485–$117,902 for the greater Seattle area.
- Salary range of $83,168–$107,183 for Washington State outside the Seattle area.
