This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Treasury Transformation Manager - Banking Integration based in United States.
This project-based role will lead a major global banking integration and treasury transformation initiative across approximately 140 international locations. You will oversee the onboarding of a new primary banking partner while coordinating complex treasury activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables. The role combines treasury expertise, process transformation, stakeholder management, and global change leadership. You will assess existing cash management processes, banking structures, and account frameworks to identify opportunities for greater consistency and control. Working closely with treasury, finance, accounting, and banking stakeholders, you will help establish an effective target-state operating model. This fully remote opportunity offers an initial four-month engagement with the potential for extension and significant global project exposure.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the global implementation and onboarding of a new primary banking partner across approximately 140 international locations.
- Coordinate treasury activities, project timelines, key deliverables, dependencies, and risks throughout the implementation.
- Assess and standardize treasury operations, cash management processes, banking structures, and account frameworks across jurisdictions.
- Partner with regional treasury, finance, accounting, and banking stakeholders to support bank account setup, rationalization, connectivity requirements, and operating model alignment.
- Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including process redesign and implementation of target-state treasury practices.
- Lead change management activities, stakeholder communications, governance, issue resolution, and adoption efforts.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, treasury, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury transformation or comparable treasury-focused transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, global treasury or banking integration projects.
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking structures, account frameworks, and treasury operating models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional and functional teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
- Experience with HighRadius is preferred.
- Must reside within the continental United States.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Fully remote position.
