Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。

ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。

解決する課題

急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。

一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。

業務概要

Josysは、世界中の情報システム部門が抱える課題を解決する、日本発の自律型SaaSマネジメントプラットフォームを提供しています。

グローバルで急成長を遂げる中、日本市場におけるエンタープライズ領域の開拓は、今後の収益拡大における最重要テーマの一つです。

本ポジションでは、エンタープライズ企業に対する戦略的営業をリードし、事業成長を牽引していただきます。

OTE（目標達成型報酬）を前提としたポジションであり、成果に応じて報酬が大きく伸長する設計となっています。

単なるプロダクト販売ではなく、顧客の経営課題やコーポレートITの構造的な課題に対して、全体最適のソリューションを提案していただきます。

営業手法が確立されていない環境の中で、自ら「売れる型」を創り出し、組織のスタンダードを構築していくポジションです。

業務詳細

  • 営業戦略の策定・立案〜実行
  • 担当インダストリーにおける売上達成に向けたアカウントプランおよび営業戦略の策定・実行
  • 営業戦術を含むビジネスオペレーションの設計および推進
  • 業種特性に応じた市場開拓戦略の立案と実行
  • 売上の創出（High Performerとしての活動）
  • 高い売上目標（Quota）に対するコミットメントと四半期単位での成果創出
  • 戦略的な新規開拓によるパイプライン創出および案件推進
  • C-Suiteや部長級とのリレーション構築を通じた大規模案件の獲得
  • 社内リソースを巻き込んだ顧客との関係構築およびビジネス機会の創出
  • 営業プロセス・販売手法・ツールの最適化による事業効率の向上

必須条件（MUST）

- BtoB SaaSまたはソフトウェアビジネスにおける法人営業経験

- ソリューション／バリューセリングの実務経験

- 高い営業目標に対して継続的に成果を出してきた実績

- 顧客との信頼関係構築およびテリトリー拡大の実績

- 優れたコミュニケーション力および交渉力

- 連続して高い目標達成率を維持してきた実績

- エンタープライズ顧客ポートフォリオにおける事業成長を牽引した経験

- 複数部門・複数レイヤーにまたがる関係構築および案件推進経験

- データに基づいたアカウントプランニングおよび営業戦略立案経験

- CxOクラスとのディスカッションをリードした経験

- 部門横断での連携・影響力発揮の経験

OTE制度について

- 個人およびチームの業績に応じてインセンティブが変動

- 上限なし（Uncapped）
