ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。

解決する課題

急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。

一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。

日本発グローバル企業への挑戦

海外発SaaSを国内で使う機会は多いものの、グローバルで使われる日本発SaaSはほとんどないのが実情です。それだけ "グローバルプロダクト" を事業として成功させることの難易度は高いとも言えます。JOSYSはそんな現状を打ち破り、日本をマザーマーケットとしながら世界でも使われるサービスを提供していくチャレンジの真っ只中にいます。この難易度の高い課題を、優秀なグローバルの同僚と共に、自分自身の手で創り上げていく熱い想いのある方を募集しています。

概要

本ポジションは、ミッドマーケットから大企業を中心としたクライアントに対し、導入フェーズの要件定義・システム設計から、中長期的なアカウントプランニング、利活用推進、および追加ニーズの特定（Expansion）までを一気通貫で主導する核（コア）となるロールです。

単なるツールのサポート担当ではなく、「クライアントの部長層が社内報告でそのまま使えるレポートを共に作成する」ような、深い業務伴走と高い顧客コミュニケーション能力が求められます。

業務内容

1. エンタープライズ顧客への導入・ソリューション設計

- 顧客のITインフラ、ID/認証基盤、端末管理（MDM）、および業務フローのヒアリング・構造化

- データベース（DB）統合や複雑な権限設計を含む、Josysを活用した新運用モデルの設計とプロジェクト推進

2. アカウントマネジメント＆リテンション

- クライアントのオーナーシップを持ち、年間を通じたアカウントプランニングの策定と継続的な提供価値の証明

- 顧客の「表面的な要望」ではなく「真の課題」を特定・解決し、解約防止およびリテンション向上（主要KPI：GRRの最大化）の追求

3. スコープ拡張・Up-sell / Cross-sellのニーズ形成

- ID数・シート数の増加、対象カンパニーの拡大、ならびにプラットフォームに紐づく検知・影響範囲（MDM/端末管理やアイデンティティガバナンス等）の拡張ニーズの特定と案件形成

4. 組織の基盤構築・チーム連携

- 複雑な案件において、社内の専門チームや技術リソースを調達・ディレクションし、統合された顧客体験を提供

- 現場で得た成功パターンや顧客ニーズのPlaybook化、プロダクト部門へのフィードバック

- 市場で最注目の「アイデンティティガバナンス」領域、次世代の必須領域である「アイデンティティセキュリティ」の知見を身につけ、日本の産業全体に対して非常に大きなインパクトを与えるプロジェクトを牽引できます。

求める経験

必須（MUST）

- 法人顧客対面（Client-facing）でのコンサルティング、ソリューション営業、またはカスタマーサクセス・導入支援の継続的な実務経験5年以上

- ミッドマーケット〜エンタープライズ（大手企業）の顧客を担当した経験、または複雑な組織構造における複数のステークホルダー（部長層・CISO・IT責任者等）を巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験

- 顧客の表面的な要望にとどまらず、根本的な課題を特定し、ロジカルに整理・ドキュメント化（提案書・報告レポート等）できる能力

歓迎（WANT）

- CDP、HRシステム、データベース構築、または認証・セキュリティ、端末管理（MDM）等に携わった経験

- 外資系B2B SaaSや、大手SIer/ITコンサルティングファームにおける顧客伴走経験

- 英語を用いたコミュニケーションへの意欲（社内にグローバルチームがあるため、意欲やスキルがあれば活かせる環境です）

- 顧客の現場課題と経営層の関心事（ガバナンス・リスク）の双方を理解し、相手に適した表現でコミュニケーションが取れる方

- 固定化された役割に閉じこもらず、組織の変化や新しい領域に自ら手を挙げてチャレンジできる強い当事者意識（Builderマインド）をお持ちの方
