Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。

ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。

解決する課題

急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。

一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。

日本発グローバル企業への挑戦

概要

Endpoint Management領域において、顧客への導入推進（プロジェクトマネジメント）から運用構築までをリードしていただきます。

サービスは現在立ち上げフェーズのため、単に案件を進めるだけでなく、お客様のフィードバックをもとにサービス内容をブラッシュアップしたり、オペレーションフローや導入手法をゼロから構築・改善したりと、サービスづくりそのものに深く関わることができます。事業やサービスの成長を間近で感じながら、自らのアイデアを形にできるやりがいのあるポジションです。

業務内容

プロジェクトリードとして以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

- 顧客とのキックオフ・定例・月次ミーティングの実施

- 導入プロジェクトの進行管理（スケジュール・課題管理・リスク管理）

- 顧客の運用状況ヒアリングおよびEndpoint Managementサービスのシステム初期構築・導入支援

- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応（2次対応・課題解決）

- サービス仕様の改善提案およびオペレーションフローの構築・標準化

求める経験

必須（MUST）

- 顧客折衝経験（営業、カスタマーサクセス、PM、ITコンサルティング等での顧客対応経験1年以上）

- 複数の顧客やプロジェクトを同時並行で進行できるマルチタスク能力

- チームや関係部署を巻き込んで業務を推進した経験

歓迎（WANT）

- SaaSやITサービスの導入支援（オンボーディング）またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験

- 業務フローの構築・改善・標準化の経験

- コーポレートIT・SaaS・デバイス管理（MDM/Endpoint Management）への理解

- Excel / Google Spreadsheet / SFDC等のツール活用経験
