Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。

ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。

解決する課題

急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。

一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。

日本発グローバル企業への挑戦

概要

Endpoint Management領域において、システム初期構築・テクニカルサポート・運用プロセスのドキュメント化を担当していただきます。

サービスは現在立ち上げフェーズのため、決められた手順通りにオペレーションをこなすだけではなく、現場での気づきやお客様からのフィードバックをもとに手順書をブラッシュアップしたり、オペレーションフローを改善したりと、運用基盤づくりに直接貢献できます。正確性とスピード感を持ちながら、サービスの品質改善に関われるやりがいのあるポジションです。

業務内容

Operations Specialist として以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

- Endpoint Managementサービスのシステム初期設定・データ構築・導入サポート

- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応（仕様確認、設定サポート等）

- 手順書・運用マニュアル・顧客向けFAQドキュメントの作成および更新

- Project Leadおよびカスタマーサクセスチームとの連携・業務引き継ぎ

- 運用オペレーションの効率化・自動化に向けた業務改善提案

求める経験

必須（MUST）

- ITツールやPC操作（Excel / Google Spreadsheetでのデータ編集・整理等）に抵抗がない方

- 細かい作業を正確かつスピーディに遂行できるマルチタスク能力

- チームでのコミュニケーションおよび連携を大切にできる方

歓迎（WANT）

- テクニカルサポート、ヘルプデスク、カスタマーサポート、またはBPO業務の経験

- マニュアル作成・業務フローの改善や標準化の経験

- IT運用・SaaS・デバイス管理（MDM）に関する基礎知識
