解決する課題

コロナ以降、リモートワークが普及した結果、ITデバイスとSaaSはコロナ前に比べ爆発的に増加しました。今後はハイブリッドワークの更なる普及が想定され、ITデバイスとSaaSの管理の重要性がさらに増していくことは自明となっています。一方で、普及の速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これは日本だけでなくグローバルで発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

ポストコロナのITガバナンス強化に今最も必要とされているのは、IT資産の "唯一の真実 (Single Source of Truth)" を作り、実現させることです。ジョーシスはこの世界を実現するサービス・ソリューションを提供しています。

日本発グローバル企業への挑戦

海外発SaaSを国内で使う機会は多いものの、グローバルで使われる日本発SaaSはほとんどないのが実情です。それだけ "グローバルプロダクト" を事業として成功させることの難易度は高いとも言えます。JOSYSはそんな現状を打ち破り、日本をマザーマーケットとしながら世界でも使われるサービスを提供していくチャレンジの真っ只中にいます。この難易度の高い課題を、優秀なグローバルの同僚と共に、自分自身の手で創り上げていく熱い想いのある方を募集しています。

業務概要

Josys は SaaS 管理プラットフォームから「Autonomous Identity Platform」へとポジションを転換し、主戦場をエンタープライズへ移しています。事業モデルの転換に伴い、事業計画の前提と営業オペレーションの設計を並行して見直している段階です。同時に、限られた人員で事業スピードを上げるため、AI を前提とした業務プロセスへの移行を進めています。本ポジションはその双方を実務として担います。

Japan GTM の意思決定を、データ分析と構造設計で支えるポジションです。事業計画・営業オペレーションの設計に加え、AI を業務プロセスに組み込むことで組織全体の生産性を引き上げる役割を担います。

業務詳細

・事業計画・モデリング：ARR を軸とした収益モデルの構築と更新。事業目標から必要パイプラインまでの逆算モデル設計と、達成可能性の検証。セグメント別の投資評価軸の設計。計画と実績の乖離分析

・組織横断での課題解決：各営業チーム、カスタマーサクセス、カスタマーコンサルティング、チャネルセールス、マーケティングなど様々な部署を横断して、組織の売上及び顧客への価値最大化の実現。業務プロセス上の変数を把握し、根本的な課題を特定して各ステークホルダーを束ねて解決に導く

・データ分析：CRM の生データを自ら扱い、パイプライン・単価・勝率・リードタイムの実態を分析。分析を属人化させず、再現可能な形で残す

・AI 活用による組織生産性の向上：分析、リサーチ、レポーティング、営業オペレーション、ドキュメント作成といった GTM 組織の各プロセスに生成 AI を組み込み、チーム全体の生産性を引き上げる

・市場・競合インテリジェンス：アイデンティティ管理・セキュリティ領域における競合の製品・チャネル・市場動向の継続調査。一次情報を優先し、事実と推測を区別したレポーティング

・経営レポーティング：経営会議・事業レビュー向けの論点整理。報告ではなく、意思決定を促す形での構成。

必須条件（MUST）

・BtoB SaaS またはサブスクリプション事業における事業企画・経営企画・BizOps・戦略コンサルティング等の実務経験

・リカーリング収益の構造を理解し、自ら財務モデルに落とせること

・CRM 等の生データを扱った定量分析の実務経験

・生成 AI を業務プロセスに組み込み、自分だけでなく周囲のメンバーが使える形にまで展開した経験

・利害の異なる部門を巻き込み、論点を収束させた経験

歓迎条件（WANT）

・データ基盤（BigQuery 等）を用いた分析経験

・AI エージェントや自動化スクリプトを自ら構築し、業務に実装した経験

・AI 活用の社内浸透、ガイドライン策定、勉強会運営などの推進経験

・英語での業務コミュニケーション
