解決する課題

コロナ以降、リモートワークが普及した結果、ITデバイスとSaaSはコロナ前に比べ爆発的に増加しました。今後はハイブリッドワークの更なる普及が想定され、ITデバイスとSaaSの管理の重要性がさらに増していくことは自明となっています。一方で、普及の速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これは日本だけでなくグローバルで発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

ポストコロナのITガバナンス強化に今最も必要とされているのは、IT資産の "唯一の真実 (Single Source of Truth)" を作り、実現させることです。ジョーシスはこの世界を実現するサービス・ソリューションを提供しています。

日本発グローバル企業への挑戦

業務概要

Josysは、単なる製品PRではなく、「アイデンティティセキュリティ」という新しいカテゴリそのものを市場につくっていくフェーズにあります。高い理解力・ロジカルシンキングを活かし、業界の第一人者としてのポジションを確立するPR戦略を、経営幹部と共に推進していただきます。

業務詳細

・コーポレート・事業PRの企画および実行

・プレスリリースやニュースレターの執筆・配信およびメディアプロモート

・メディアリレーションの新規構築・強化（新聞・TV・Webメディア等）

・記者発表会やプレスイベント、取材対応の企画・運営

・白書/調査レポートの企画・発表、記者向けラウンドテーブルの企画運営など、PR代理店と連携した各種コンテンツ施策の推進

・PR戦略・ストーリーラインの構築

・自社プロダクト・サービスの強みを捉えたPR文脈・ストーリーの立案

・社会トレンドや業界動向を踏まえたアングル設定と広報施策の展開

・外部パートナーとの連携

・業務委託先やPR代理店との連携・ディレクション

・業界団体・官公庁等とのリレーション構築への寄与

必須条件（MUST）

・PR領域での実務経験（PR会社/PR代理店での経験、または事業会社での広報実務経験）

・高い理解力と論理的思考力（複雑な事業構造やIT文脈を迅速にキャッチアップし、分かりやすくアウトプットできる能力）

・自律駆動・セルフスタート力（変化の早い環境で、課題を見つけ自ら能動的に行動・実行できる方）

・PR領域における高い文章表現力と対外折衝力（メディアやステークホルダーに響く文脈形成・プレゼンテーション能力）

・PR代理店におけるアカウントハンドリング / クライアント対峙経験

・IT/SaaS/スタートアップ業界でのPR・広報経験

・※マネジメント経験、英語による業務経験も不問です
