1、参与HR系统的整体产品规划，包含考勤、绩效、薪酬、培训等，负责部分产品的产品需求分析、产品设计、开发与上线工作； 2、与业务部门、交互、开发、测试、运营等人员紧密合作达成产品目标，创造出可被衡量的业务价值。； 3、输出所负责产品域的发展规划、阶段性目标、功能框架、系统流程、角色用例与场景描述、产品原型、领域模型、产品集成设计； 4、通过收集用户需求和产品运营数据，找出产品问题和用户核心痛点与客户价值，持续改进产品； 5、与其他相关产品域协同合作，同项目团队一起对整体业务产品的交付负责；

1、学历与专业： 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、知识与能力： 1）具备业务建模、业务分析能力，熟悉产品规划与设计流程，熟悉各类工具（Visio、Axure、Xmind等）使用，熟悉产品MRD、PRD文档编写； 2）具备出色的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动产品优化和运营效果提升； 3、工作经历： 5年以上HR产品经理或项目经验，有物流行业HR系统经验者优先； 4、个性特征： 具备优秀的团队协作能力与沟通协调能力，能有效推动产品研发任务落地。
