1. 主导集团及分子公司等 IT 基础设施的整体架构设计、战略规划、部署实施以及持续优化工作； 2. 构建和管理基于 Linux/Unix 系统的高性能服务器集群，涵盖服务器的选型、安装、深度配置及性能极致调优工作； 3. 把控数据库的整体架构和优化策略，包括 MySQL、Oracle 等主流数据库的高级监控、智能备份、高效恢复及深度优化工作； 4. 规划和实施监控系统的架构升级，精准定义监控指标、高效采集数据、展示监控结果以及智能告警策略制定等工作； 5. 负责关键技术文档的体系化编写和维护，涵盖详细的操作手册、精准的配置文件、复杂的系统架构图等重要文档的撰写和及时更新； 6. 协同解决运营中出现的各类高难度技术问题，为团队提供专业的技术支持和深入的培训指导；

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2. 知识与能力： - 精通 Linux/Unix 操作系统和高级命令，具备深入的系统内核理解和调优经验； - 熟悉主流数据库的底层架构和优化原理，拥有 MySQL、Oracle 等数据库的大型项目实战经验； - 熟练掌握至少一种高级脚本语言，如 Java、Python 等，并能运用其进行复杂系统的自动化开发和运维； - 具备深厚的云计算知识，熟悉主流云平台（如 AWS、Azure、阿里云等）的架构和运维； - 拥有分布式系统、容器技术（如 Docker、Kubernetes）的实践经验； 3. 工作经历：8 年以上互联网运维架构经验，有成功的大型项目架构设计和实施案例； 4. 个性特征： - 具备卓越的沟通能力和团队领导才能，能够在跨部门合作中发挥关键作用，有效推动项目进展； - 拥有强大的抗压能力和应变能力，能够在高压力环境下保持冷静，迅速解决复杂的技术问题； - 具备敏锐的技术洞察力和创新思维，能够引领团队不断探索和应用新技术，提升团队的技术竞争力。
