1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、知识与能力： 1)、能主导用户调研或者访谈，根据用户痛点，挖掘出用户的需求，并实施落地； 2)、熟悉IT产品设计，熟练使用1-2种产品设计工具，能独立完成软件交互设计、原型设计； 3)、善于分析不同用户操作习惯，具有同理心，能深入用户的角色去思考问题； 4)、有物流快递相关工作经验、快速学习能力者优先。 3、工作经历：4年以上物流快递经验，5年以上产品工作经验； 4、个性特征： 1）具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够快速适应工作环境和压力； 2）具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立处理复杂的技术问题。
