Your tasks and responsibilities

Im 1. Ausbildungsjahr wirst du eine touristische Grundausbildung im Unternehmen erhalten Ab dem 2. Ausbildungsjahr entwickeln wir mit dir gemeinsam dein Karriere-Profil und helfen dir, dich an deinen Stärken zu orientieren und dich gezielt zu spezialisieren

  • Communication Management: Beratung und Verkauf von Kinder- und Jugendreisen (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat) sowie Abwicklung von Buchungen und Reservierungen
  • Business Development: Akquise von neuen Kooperationspartnern und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Key Account Management: Du betreust unsere Kooperationspartner. Dabei bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und Partnern, um die Wünsche beider Seiten miteinander zu kombinieren
  • Content Management: Du erstellst wertvollen Content zu unseren Reisen (Beschreibungen, FAQ, Bebilderung, Landingpages)
  • SEO Management: Du schreibst SEO-optimierte Texte und pflegst diese Du pflegst die erstellten Inhalte selbstständig in unser internes System sowie in Wordpress ein
  • Digital Marketing: Du lernst alle Bereiche des Digitalen Marketings (Magazin, Social) kennen und arbeitest mit den Tracking- und Analyse-Tools Seobility und Google Analytics

Your profile

  • Du möchtest in deiner Ausbildung verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben übernehmen
  • Du bist kommunikativ, kundenorientiert und stellst dich auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse deiner Gesprächspartner ein
  • Du hast Lust, unser Produktportfolio weiterzuentwickeln und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen ein
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielorientiert und beharrlich an einer Aufgabe
  • Fließend in Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Bonuspunkt: Du warst schon einmal in einem Feriencamp - als Kind oder Betreuer
