  • Kennzahlen wie Umsatz, Conversion und Durchschnittsbon steuerst Du aktiv und behältst diese im Blick.

  • Den Store organisierst Du effizient und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.

  • Du gibst die Richtung vor und treibst aktiv voran.

Deine Kompetenzen:

  • Vertrieb begeistert Dich und es motiviert Dich, Kund:innen zu überzeugen und für Produkte zu gewinnen.
  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einem beratungsintensiven Vertrieb bringst Du bereits mit.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen sowie ein klarer Fokus auf Ergebnisse und Verantwortung zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Verbindlichkeit prägen Deinen Führungsstil.
  • Struktur, Pragmatismus und Lösungsorientierung bestimmen Deine Arbeitsweise.

Wichtig: Ein Hintergrund im Möbelhandel ist nicht erforderlich. Auch mit Erfahrung aus dem Autohaus, dem Küchenvertrieb, der Immobilienbranche oder vergleichbaren beratungsintensiven Vertriebsumfeldern bist Du bei uns genau richtig.
