Als Fachkraft Zoll, Außenhandel und Supply Chain Compliance (m/w/d) bei Kardex Mlog verantworten Sie operative Aufgaben in der Zoll- und Außenhandelsabwicklung sowie im Ursprungs- und Präferenzmanagement. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Zollbeauftragten, dem Team Versand und der Abteilung Procurement zusammen. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Supplier Compliance und das ESG-Datenmanagement.

Your tasks

  • Operative Abwicklung und Koordination von Import-, Export- und Zollprozessen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Zoll-, Ursprungs-, Präferenz- und Außenhandelsstammdaten
  • Erstellung und Prüfung zoll- und außenhandelsrelevanter Dokumente sowie Unterstützung bei einer vollständigen Nachweis- und Prozessdokumentation
  • Operative Unterstützung bei Supplier-Compliance- und Due-Diligence-Prozessen sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen entlang der Lieferkette
  • Einholung und Aufbereitung von ESG- und Compliance-Daten sowie Prüfung, Pflege und Dokumentation der Nachweise

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ ein Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Außenwirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Zoll- und Außenhandelsabwicklung oder im Lieferantenmanagement notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in der Pflege von Lieferanten- und Artikelstammdaten (Zoll und Außenhandelsdaten) in einem ERP-System setzen wir voraus.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Umsetzungsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise
