Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Neuburg suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen Konstruktion, Fertigung und Einkauf.

Your tasks

  • Du erstellst, pflegst und verwaltest Materialstammdaten sowie Materialnummern in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Du erstellst und prüfst Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne und Fertigungsunterlagen für Kundenaufträge.
  • Du unterstützt die Auftragskonstruktion bei technischen und administrativen Aufgaben und entlastest unsere Konstrukteure im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du betreust Sonderbaugruppen und stellst die vollständige Bereitstellung aller fertigungsrelevanten Daten sicher.
  • Du stimmst dich mit Fertigung, Konstruktion, Einkauf und weiteren Schnittstellen ab, um eine fehlerfreie Auftragsabwicklung zu gewährleisten.
  • Du verfolgst Stammdaten- und Änderungsprozesse nach und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer ERP- und PLM-Prozesse.
  • Du erstellst Kalkulationen, führst Kostenvergleiche durch und begleitest Sonder- sowie Optimierungsprojekte.

Your profile

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister im Maschinenbau, Metall- oder Elektrotechnik
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung oder einem technischen Umfeld.
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsprozesse.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und bringst idealerweise erste SAP-Erfahrung mit.
  • Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
