Unsere mehr als 3.000 Mitarbeitenden weltweit entwickeln und fertigen Logistiklösungen, die Anwendung in vielen unterschiedlichen Branchen wie in der industriellen Fertigung als auch in Handel und Verwaltung finden.

Für den Standort Neuburg an der Kammel suchen wir einen Project Manager (m/w/d) im After Sales.

Wir leben eine 60/40 Remote Regelung. Solltest du weiter weg wohnen, ist die Aufgabe mit Reisebereitschaft auch remote möglich.

Your tasks

  • Begleitung des gesamten After-Sales-Prozess für Umzüge, Anpassungen sowie Montage- und Demontageprojekte von Lager- und Bereitstellungssystemen
  • Analyse technischer und funktionaler Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungskonzepte
  • Beratung von Kund:innen als kompetente Ansprechperson und Abstimmung optimaler Lösungen mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Terminplänen und Angeboten sowie eine fristgerechte Projektvorbereitung
  • Projektübergabe an die Realisierung und Sicherstellung einer reibungslose Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligter

Your profile

  • Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit gutem technischem Verständnis in Mechanik, Elektrik oder Bautechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Inside Sales, technischen Vertrieb oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Maschinen, Anlagen oder Intralogistik
  • Kenntnisse von Montage-, Demontage- oder Installationsprozessen sowie deren kaufmännischer und technischer Planung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, SAP); Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und kommunikationssicher in Englisch
