Empresa Internacional de Manufactura solicita:

Analista Sr. de Comercio Exterior (Certificados de Origen / T-MEC)

Requisitos:

*Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior o Relaciones internacionales (Titulado)

*Trabajando de Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 5:30 pm / con disponibilidad

*Manejo de paquetería Microsoft office y Excel Avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, filtros, gráficas, reportes)

*Indispensable el manejo de idioma INGLÉS AVANZADO (hablado fluidamente, leído y escrito)

*Deseable cuente con conocimientos en manejo de SAP.

*Conocimientos avanzados de Certificados de Origen, T-MEC, Ley aduanera, HTS, reglas generales de Comercio exterior, reglas de origen del T-MEC, fracciones arancelarias, Impuestos generales de importación y exportación (TIGIE), trato con agentes aduanales, Incoterms, conocimientos generales de Immex, clasificación arancelaria

*Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente en el país, a USA y Canadá (Deseable cuente con Visa vigente)

*Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en área y procesos de Comercio exterior (en especial conozca de Certificados de origen)

Principales Funciones:

*Revisar los certificados de origen de nuestros proveedores nacionales e internacionales.

*Revisar y elaborar el T-MEC del importador como CERTIFICADOR.

*Autenticar el listado de certificados de origen, y en caso contrario dar seguimiento para que nuestros proveedores cumplan con la certificación.

*Renovar los certificados de origen cada año

*Verificar que los proveedores suban la información al portal y asegurarse de que el portal esté lleno. (Monitoreo constante)

*Seguimiento a la emisión de “certificados blandos de corto plazo” y “certificados duros” de largo plazo.

*Realizar procesos de clasificación arancelaria, en conjunto con el agente aduanal.

*Revisar la tasa del Impuesto General de Importación y Exportación (TIGIE) de acuerdo a las necesidades de la operación.

*En caso de alguna actualización de las reglas de Tratados y Certificados, realizar el análisis e informar de su aplicación.

*Comprobar la integridad y exactitud / detectar y corregir diferencias e imprecisiones y gestionar cambios en los Certificados de Origen de nuestros clientes.

*Responsable de contar con Certificados de Origen en México, Estados Unidos y Canadá, para evitar el pago de derechos en México.

*Negociaciones con el Agente de Aduana para la correcta aprobación de los Certificados de Origen.

*Sueldo de $22,000 a $25,000 mensuales brutos
