Ingeniero de Servicio

Requisitos:

*Escolaridad: Ingeniería mecatrónica o Ingeniería en Electrónica y control (pasante o titulado)

*Se requiere tenga experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años como Ingeniero de servicio en campo (realizando servicios en las instalaciones de diversos clientes)

*Indispensable dominio del idioma inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y pueda conversar en inglés fluidamente)

*Manejo de Excel intermedio avanzado.

*Conocimientos de electrónica y mecánica de equipos o máquinas industriales, electricidad, sistemas de control (automatización), deseable sepa de programación de PLC, conozca de Servomotores, motores de corriente directa y alterna, reparación de fallas técnicas en máquinas industriales, soporte técnico en sitio, excelentes habilidades para atención y servicio a clientes.

*Manejo de herramientas manuales como: martillo, destornilladores, roto martillo, cinta métrica, cautín, e instrumentos de medición

*Disponibilidad para moverse en distintos puntos de la zona del Bajío (se proporciona automóvil)

*Licencia de manejo vigente

*Indispensable cuente con VISA vigente

*Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Ingeniero de Servicio, realizando instalaciones, reparaciones y mantenimientos de equipos industriales.

Responsabilidades:

*Instalación y puesta a punto de maquinaria industrial (equipos industriales de impresión digital)

*Visitas a sitios de clientes para resolución de fallas (servomotores, motores de corriente directa y alterna)

*Administración de partes (refacciones de máquinas)

*Brindar capacitación a clientes sobre la operación de los equipos que se le instalan en sitio.

*Llenado de reportes de servicio y juntas mensuales con corporativo en Japón (videollamadas en inglés)

*Soporte técnico telefónico y en sitio

*Visitas de pre instalación en sitio con clientes y para levantamiento de sus requerimientos y necesidades.

*Instalación completa de maquinaria en sitio (parte eléctrica o electrónica, mecánica y programación plc)

Ofrecemos:

*Sueldo de $18,000 a $22,000 mensuales brutos

*Todas las prestaciones de ley

*Bono mensual de $2,000

*Vales de despensa $800

*Automóvil utilitario

*Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes de 9 am - 6pm(presencial)
