Business Developer (Pintura Automotriz)

REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería (pasante o titulado) - Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comercial en Desarrollo de negocio para el segmento Automotríz en el giro de pinturas y recubrimientos para esa Industria (relaciones y ventas a Distribuidores de pintura automotriz como Doal, Axalta, entre otros) - Excelente presentación y expresión, fuertes habilidades de negociación, comunicación, prospección y atracción de negocio. - Conocimientos especializados en desarrollo de negocio, ventas B2B, prospección y apertura de nuevas cuentas, gestionar y administrar nuevos clientes potenciales (distribuidores de pintura automotriz) - Proactividad y Tenacidad, experiencia en buscar y captar nuevo negocio (distribuidores de pintura automotriz) - Reportes y presentaciones, propuestas comerciales. - Manejo de paquetería office avanzado, manejo de CRM y Pipeline. - Disponibilidad para viajar, sepa manejar automóvil. - Inglés intermedio

Actividades:

  • - Prospección de nuevos clientes (Distribuidores de pintura Automotriz) - Salir a buscar nuevos clientes y asegurar el posicionamiento de la marca, con su respectivo portafolio de productos. - Lograr una captación de nuevo negocio necesaria y acorde con el presupuesto anual pactado por la empresa. - Negociación con clientes y proveedores, cotizaciones en conjunto con el área de pricing. - Ingreso de información y seguimiento en sistema CRM - Experiencia con Distribuidores de pintura Automotriz, enfocado a resultados, un individuo enfocado a los cierres de ventas , que salga y consiga nuevo negocio (hunting) - Manejo y planificación de cartera de clientes (distribuidores) - Conocimiento atendiendo el segmento automotriz.

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo Base: $30,000 a 35,000 mensuales brutos * Bono del 15% del sueldo base anualizado * Prestaciones superiores a la ley: IMSS SGMM (Gastos médicos mayores familiar) Vales de despensa del 10% Aguinaldo de 15 días Vacaciones de 12 días Fondo de ahorro 13% Seguro de Vida Prima vacacional del 100% Contratación directa con la empresa desde el primer día Plan de Desarrollo y carrera

*Horario de Trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 ama5:30 pm
