Project Lead IT Projects Bilingüe

Descripción de la vacante Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Lead IT Projects Bilingüe para un proyecto temporal de 12 meses. Esta posición se desempeñará en el Guadalajara Technology Park, Zapopan, Jalisco, en modalidad híbrida, combinando trabajo presencial y remoto.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir y ejecutar planes de proyecto, reportando estado, avances, presupuesto, riesgos y problemas a los líderes y áreas correspondientes.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento del proyecto y preparar dashboards con indicadores clave.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Portafolio, Propietarios de Aplicaciones, Arquitectura Empresarial, TI y negocio para priorizar actividades y definir cronogramas.
  • Gestionar simultáneamente 1 o 2 proyectos pequeños o medianos (entre $50K y $250K USD).
  • Supervisar los entregables técnicos, implementación, calidad y soporte durante todas las fases del proyecto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y requisitos regulatorios revisando entregables como diseños y pruebas.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Computación, Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.
  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI (desarrollo de aplicaciones, actualizaciones de infraestructura, ciberseguridad, etc.).
  • Conocimiento sólido de metodologías SDLC y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles.
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable (comunicación verbal y escrita con equipos de EE. UU.).
  • Habilidades en comunicación, pensamiento crítico, solución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
  • Certificación PMP o Scrum Master es un plus (no obligatoria).

  • Salario bruto mensual: $58,000 a $69,000 MXN.
