Actualmente estamos buscando:

Supervisor de Compras

  • Salario: $30,000 brutos mensuales.
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (Sábados ocasionales)
  • Modalidad: Presencial.
  • Ubicación: Agua Blanca, Estado de México
  • Tipo de contrato: Contrato por tiempo determinado (proyecto de 1 año).

Perfil:

Profesional con experiencia en compras, servicios e insumos industriales, con habilidades comerciales y de negociación, capaz de desarrollar proveedores estratégicos y generar eficiencias para la organización.

Se dará especial importancia a candidatos que cuenten con experiencia en el sector químico o con una cartera de clientes y contactos comerciales que aporte valor al negocio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y supervisar las compras de insumos, materiales y servicios industriales, indirectos (Papel,EPP)
  • Identificar, desarrollar y negociar con proveedores estratégicos.
  • Gestionar cotizaciones, comparativos de precios, órdenes de compra y seguimiento de entregas.
  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales con clientes y proveedores del sector industrial y químico.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio, nuevos mercados y fuentes de suministro.
  • Negociar precios, descuentos, condiciones de pago, tiempos de entrega y contratos.
  • Generar estrategias de ahorro, optimización de costos y mejora de rentabilidad.
  • Evaluar y dar seguimiento al desempeño de proveedores en calidad, costo, servicio y cumplimiento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos.
  • Elaborar reportes de compras, ahorros, cumplimiento de entregas e indicadores de desempeño.
  • Verificar que los insumos cumplan con las especificaciones técnicas y los requisitos de seguridad aplicables.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura o ingeniería en Administración, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio, Negocios o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en compras, abastecimiento, negociación comercial o adquisición de insumos y servicios.
  • Experiencia comprobable en al menos uno de los siguientes rubros:Compras industriales, manufactura o suministro de materiales especializados. Desarrollo comercial y gestión de cartera de clientes en mercados industriales.
  • Experiencia en negociación con proveedores y análisis de propuestas comerciales.
  • Manejo de Excel y elaboración de comparativos de cotizaciones.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales y generar oportunidades de negocio.

Deseable:

  • Contar con cartera activa de clientes, contactos comerciales o relaciones estratégicas en el sector industrial.
  • Experiencia en compras de servicios especializados, mantenimiento, logística o suministros industriales. Insumos indirectos
  • Manejo de ERP, preferentemente SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics o sistemas similares.
  • Conocimiento de hojas de datos de seguridad (SDS), manejo y almacenamiento de productos químicos.
