Allround Medewerker Burgerdiensten

Als Allround Medewerker Burgerdiensten help je inwoners bij belangrijke gebeurtenissen in hun leven. Van geboorte en huwelijk tot naturalisatie en wijzigingen in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP): jij zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen en registraties zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden behandeld.

Je combineert direct contact met inwoners met inhoudelijk complexere werkzaamheden in de backoffice. Daarbij werk je onder andere met buitenlandse rechtsfeiten, adresonderzoeken, naturalisaties en de burgerlijke stand. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen verschillende onderdelen van Burgerdiensten en uiteindelijk als productspecialist jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je behandelt werkzaamheden rondom geboorte, huwelijk, echtscheiding en overlijden;
  • Je wordt beëdigd en aangewezen als ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand;
  • Je beoordeelt en verwerkt wijzigingen en registraties binnen de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP);
  • Je beoordeelt buitenlandse rechtsfeiten en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking hiervan;
  • Je behandelt verzoeken rondom naturalisatie en optie;
  • Je voert adresonderzoeken uit;
  • Je behandelt uiteenlopende werkzaamheden binnen de burgerlijke stand;
  • Je combineert werkzaamheden in de frontoffice met complexere casuïstiek in de backoffice;
  • Je hebt direct contact met inwoners en geeft informatie en advies over producten en procedures van Burgerdiensten;
  • Je voltrekt kosteloze huwelijken;
  • Je ondersteunt de burgemeester tijdens naturalisatieceremonies;
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van werkprocessen en de dienstverlening aan inwoners;
  • Je ontwikkelt je verder binnen verschillende disciplines van Burgerdiensten en krijgt de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren als productspecialist.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt de diplomalijn Basiskennis Burgerzaken afgerond (harde eis);
  • Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring binnen Burgerdiensten bij een gemeente (harde eis);
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met huwelijken, naturalisaties en de burgerlijke stand (harde eis);
  • Afgeronde vervolgopleidingen binnen het NVVB-diplomastelsel zijn een pré;
  • Je hebt ervaring met systemen zoals Centric Burgerzaken/Portaal, iBurgerzaken, Procura en BRP-V;
  • Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal is een pré;
  • Je bent bereid om volgens een rooster te werken;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor de avondopenstelling op donderdag tot 20.00 uur;
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en kunt wet- en regelgeving correct toepassen;
  • Je kunt gemakkelijk schakelen tussen dienstverlening aan de balie en inhoudelijk complexe dossiers;
  • Je bent professioneel en standvastig wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt, maar houdt tegelijkertijd oog voor de inwoner;
  • Je werkt graag samen, deelt jouw kennis met collega’s en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.
