BRP / Burgerzaken Specialist

Als BRP / Burgerzaken Specialist versterk je tijdelijk het team Burgerzaken vanwege een verhoogde instroom van aanvragen en extra druk op de balie- en backofficeprocessen. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor inwoners en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen zorgvuldig, klantgericht en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden afgehandeld.

Je combineert baliewerkzaamheden met administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP). Daarbij houd je je onder andere bezig met eerste vestigingen, hervestigingen, adresonderzoeken en briefadressen en zorg je voor een juiste en tijdige registratie.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Ontvangen en helpen van inwoners aan de balie;
  • Behandelen en beoordelen van aanvragen voor eerste vestiging en hervestiging;
  • Innemen en controleren van documenten en deze correct verwerken in de BRP;
  • Zelfstandig beoordelen, opstarten en verwerken van adresonderzoeken;
  • Bewaken van de juistheid en actualiteit van gegevens in de BRP;
  • Beoordelen en verwerken van aanvragen voor briefadressen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • Zorgvuldig toepassen van de Wet BRP en relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de balie- en backofficeprocessen;
  • Bijdragen aan het terugdringen van werkvoorraden en het op peil houden van de verwerkingstijden;
  • Zorgen voor een professionele en klantgerichte dienstverlening aan inwoners.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Basiskennis van de Wet BRP en relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Ervaring met werkzaamheden rondom de Basisregistratie Personen;
  • Ervaring met eerste vestigingen, hervestigingen, adresonderzoeken en/of briefadressen;
  • Ervaring met gemeentelijke burgerzakensystemen zoals Centric of PinkRoccade is een pré;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een correcte administratieve verwerking;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met drukte en wisselende werkzaamheden;
  • Je maakt nieuwe werkzaamheden en systemen snel eigen;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als binnen een team effectief werken.
