Schuldhulpverlener

Als Schuldhulpverlener ondersteun je inwoners bij het zetten van concrete stappen richting financiële stabiliteit. Je brengt hun financiële situatie zorgvuldig in kaart, kijkt samen naar wat nodig is en schakelt de juiste ondersteuning in. Daarbij staat een persoonlijke en proactieve aanpak centraal.

De nadruk ligt op fase 1 van het schuldhulpverleningstraject. Je helpt inwoners hun financiële situatie te stabiliseren, stelt een passend plan van aanpak op en probeert door vroegtijdig ingrijpen te voorkomen dat betalingsachterstanden verder oplopen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Voeren van intakegesprekken en zorgvuldig in kaart brengen van de financiële situatie van inwoners;
  • Beoordelen van de hulpvraag en bepalen welke ondersteuning nodig is;
  • Begeleiden van inwoners bij het stabiliseren van hun financiële situatie;
  • Inzetten van passende voorzieningen en inschakelen van relevante hulpverleningspartijen;
  • Opstellen van een plan van aanpak dat aansluit bij de situatie en hulpvraag van de inwoner;
  • Inzetten en bewaken van passende vervolgacties en vervolgtrajecten;
  • Proactief signaleren van financiële problemen en betalingsachterstanden;
  • Benaderen van inwoners met betalingsachterstanden in het kader van Vroeg Eropaf;
  • Voorkomen dat betalingsachterstanden uitgroeien tot problematische schulden;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en betrokken partners rondom de inwoner;
  • Zoeken naar passende en waar nodig innovatieve oplossingen voor financiële problematiek.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met fase 1 van de schuldhulpverlening (harde eis);
  • Recente werkervaring als Schuldhulpverlener of in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré;
  • Gemeentelijke werkervaring is een pré, maar geen vereiste;
  • Ervaring met het voeren van intakes en het vertalen van financiële hulpvragen naar een concreet plan van aanpak;
  • Ervaring met het stabiliseren van financiële situaties en het inzetten van passende ondersteuning;
  • Ervaring met vroegsignalering en/of Vroeg Eropaf is een pré;
  • Je beschikt over sterk analytisch vermogen en kunt de hulpvraag vertalen naar concrete acties;
  • Je bent toegankelijk, betrokken en communicatief vaardig;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneren;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt oog voor de persoonlijke situatie van de inwoner;
  • Je bent flexibel en durft nieuwe oplossingen in te zetten wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt;
  • Je beschikt over politieke en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit.
