Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten om professionals te begeleiden én de kwaliteit van de brede ondersteuning binnen de Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire te versterken? Voor een opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Coördinator Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire (KOT) die casusbehandelaars ondersteunt, coacht en richting geeft bij complexe vraagstukken.

In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel binnen het team. Je begeleidt casusbehandelaars bij complexe dossiers, organiseert casuïstiekbesprekingen en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit, uniformiteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de uitvoering van de brede ondersteuning.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Coachen en begeleiden van casusbehandelaars;
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van casuïstiekbesprekingen;
  • Bieden van individuele werkbegeleiding;
  • Ondersteunen bij complexe of vastlopende casussen;
  • Bewaken en versterken van de kwaliteit van de brede ondersteuning;
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor het team;
  • Beoordelen en verbeteren van plannen van aanpak;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en vertalen naar verbeteringen in de uitvoering;
  • Samenwerken met coördinatoren, teammanager en programmamanager;
  • Bijdragen aan een uniforme, zorgvuldige en professionele werkwijze.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, zoals Social Work of Pedagogiek, inclusief een geldige SKJ-registratie (harde eis);
  • Ruime ervaring met complexe casuïstiek, bij voorkeur binnen de brede ondersteuning van de Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van professionals;
  • Ervaring met intervisie en casuïstiekbesprekingen;
  • Kennis van meerdere leefgebieden, zoals wonen, financiën, zorg, werk, opleiding en sociaal netwerk;
  • Affiniteit met de hersteloperatie Kinderopvangtoeslag;
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je bent coachend, verbindend en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en weet collega’s mee te nemen in hun ontwikkeling;
  • Kennis van de sociale kaart van Almere (pré).
