Senior Inkomensconsulent

Als Senior Inkomensconsulent werk je binnen de backoffice en behandel je verschillende aanvragen en vraagstukken op het gebied van inkomen en de Participatiewet. Je bent breed inzetbaar en behandelt alle soorten aanvragen, met uitzondering van Bbz. Daarbij combineer je administratief, juridisch en financieel inzicht met een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin snelheid en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn. Je beheert zelfstandig een caseload, beoordeelt aanvragen en mutaties en zorgt voor een juiste en tijdige besluitvorming. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de frontoffice, Regisseurs Participatie en Kwaliteitsmedewerkers.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Zelfstandig beheren van een eigen caseload;
  • Behandelen van aanvragen levensonderhoud;
  • Behandelen van aanvragen bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen;
  • Verwerken en beoordelen van mutaties en afstemmingen;
  • Uitvoeren van heronderzoeken en beëindigingsonderzoeken;
  • Controleren van dossiers op juistheid en volledigheid;
  • Opvragen van ontbrekende gegevens bij inwoners en andere instanties;
  • Opstellen van rapportages, besluiten en beschikkingen;
  • Beheren van aanvragen bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen van inwoners zonder uitkeringsrelatie;
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van aanvragen en besluiten;
  • Vorm en inhoud geven aan inkomensondersteuning en zorgen voor juiste en tijdige betalingen;
  • Bewaken en borgen van de rechtmatigheid op basis van signalen en onderzoek;
  • Behandelen van vragen en casussen die vanuit de frontoffice worden voorgelegd;
  • Samenwerken met de frontoffice, Regisseurs Participatie, Kwaliteitsmedewerkers en andere collega’s;
  • Bewaken van voortgang en deadlines binnen een omgeving met een hoge productiesnelheid.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding en/of werkervaring;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Inkomensconsulent (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met het behandelen van aanvragen levensonderhoud (harde eis);
  • Goede kennis van de Participatiewet en andere relevante sociale wet- en regelgeving;
  • Kennis van de juridische omgeving en de sociale kaart;
  • Ervaring met X-Works is een pré;
  • Je beschikt over goed administratief, juridisch en financieel inzicht;
  • Je kunt snel verbanden leggen en tot een zorgvuldig afgewogen oordeel komen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt goed plannen en organiseren;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig;
  • Je kunt nauwkeurig werken binnen een omgeving met een hoge productiesnelheid;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines en piekmomenten;
  • Je communiceert helder en duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent professioneel, klantgericht en gericht op samenwerking.
