Regisseur Inburgering

Als Regisseur Inburgering begeleid je inburgeraars gedurende hun lopende inburgeringstraject. Je bewaakt de voortgang, voert gesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende onderdelen van het traject zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd volgens de Wet inburgering.

De focus ligt op trajecten die de wettelijke afrondingstermijn van drie jaar naderen. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren en allround professional die zich snel kan inwerken in bestaande dossiers en na een korte overdracht zelfstandig aan de slag kan.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Begeleiden van inburgeraars gedurende hun inburgeringstraject;
  • Voeren van voortgangsgesprekken en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken;
  • Bewaken van de voortgang van trajecten die de afrondingstermijn van drie jaar naderen;
  • Oppakken en zorgvuldig afhandelen van DUO-signalen;
  • Afnemen van brede intakes;
  • Opstellen en vaststellen van het Persoonlijk Plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP);
  • Signaleren wanneer binnen een traject aanvullende actie noodzakelijk is;
  • Zorgdragen voor een zorgvuldige voortgang en afronding van lopende inburgeringstrajecten;
  • Uitvoeren van overige werkzaamheden die behoren bij het inburgeringstraject en passen binnen de Wet inburgering;
  • Samenwerken en afstemmen met collega’s binnen het team;
  • Deelnemen aan reguliere werkoverleggen.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Regisseur Inburgering of in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Goede kennis van de Wet inburgering;
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig begeleiden van inburgeringstrajecten;
  • Ervaring met het voeren van voortgangsgesprekken;
  • Ervaring met het afnemen van brede intakes;
  • Ervaring met het opstellen en vaststellen van PIP’s;
  • Ervaring met het behandelen van DUO-signalen;
  • Je bent allround inzetbaar binnen het inburgeringsproces;
  • Je kunt je snel nieuwe en bestaande dossiers eigen maken en na een korte overdracht zelfstandig aan de slag;
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht over de voortgang van meerdere trajecten;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken en afstemmen binnen een team.
