Consulent Inkomen

Als Consulent Inkomen ondersteun je inwoners en ondernemers bij vraagstukken rondom inkomen en schuldhulpverlening. Je beoordeelt het recht op uitkeringen en voorzieningen, voert gesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen en wijzigingen zorgvuldig en rechtmatig worden afgehandeld.

Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit de Participatiewet en de Wet gemeentelijke schuldhulpverlening. Naast de inkomensdienstverlening voer je intakegesprekken op het gebied van schuldhulpverlening en beoordeel je of verdere doorverwijzing nodig is. Je beheert zelfstandig een caseload en werkt samen met collega’s en netwerkpartners.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je voert intake-, voorlichtings- en voortgangsgesprekken op het gebied van inkomen en schuldhulpverlening;
  • Je beoordeelt aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen;
  • Je voert rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken en (her)controles uit;
  • Je verwerkt wijzigingen en signalen die van invloed zijn op het recht op een uitkering of voorziening;
  • Je verzorgt inkomensbegeleiding en beheert zelfstandig een caseload;
  • Je voert intakegesprekken voor schuldhulpverlening en zorgt waar nodig voor een passende doorverwijzing;
  • Je past de Participatiewet, Wet gemeentelijke schuldhulpverlening en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving toe;
  • Je stelt adviezen en rapportages op en neemt besluiten;
  • Je verwerkt en administreert gegevens in de daarvoor bestemde systemen;
  • Je bent intern en extern aanspreekpunt voor inkomensdienstverlening aan ondernemers;
  • Je neemt deel aan overleggen en onderhoudt contacten met netwerkpartners.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening, Social Work met het profiel Zorg & Inkomen of Rechten;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen Werk en Inkomen bij een gemeente of gemeentelijke uitvoeringsorganisatie, waarvan minimaal 1 jaar recente werkervaring voorafgaand aan deze opdracht (harde eis);
  • Je hebt recente ervaring met de volledige inkomensdienstverlening vanuit de Participatiewet, waaronder gespreksvoering, rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken, (her)controles, bijzondere bijstand, minimaregelingen en handhaving van wet- en regelgeving (harde eis);
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van de Participatiewet, Wet gemeentelijke schuldhulpverlening en aanverwante regelingen en kunt deze zelfstandig toepassen;
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Suite Sociaal Domein (harde eis);
  • Je hebt ervaring met inkomensbegeleiding en het zelfstandig voeren van een caseload;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt helder rapporteren;
  • Je bent analytisch, dienstverlenend en werkt prettig samen binnen een team;
  • Je beschikt over politieke en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit;
  • Vakgerichte opleidingen of trainingen op het gebied van de uitvoering van de Participatiewet zijn een pré.

De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd vanuit Wijk & Aalburg. Beschikbaarheid op dinsdag is gewenst. Maandag en donderdag worden in overleg bepaald en op vrijdag kan op afstand worden gewerkt.
