Ben jij werkzaam in het Sociaal Domein binnen de Wmo, Participatie, Schuldhulpverlening of Jeugdwet? En wil je jouw kennis en kunde overbrengen naar de volgende generatie? Grijp dan nu je kans en volg ons unieke scholingstraject ‘Docent worden, consulent blijven’! Tijdens dit scholingstraject leiden we je op tot vakkundig docent binnen de Schuldhulpverlening, Participatie of de Wmo. Terwijl je de opleiding tot vakkundig docent volgt blijf je jouw werkzaamheden gewoon uitvoeren, maar nu in dienst en bij een opdrachtgever van Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein. Zo combineer je de werkzaamheden waar jij energie van krijgt met jouw nieuwe uitdaging als vakkundig docent!

Voor wie?

Het scholingstraject is geschikt voor professionals met een flinke dosis ambitie en passie. Ben jij minstens 4 jaar werkzaam in het Sociaal Domein en toe aan een extra uitdaging in je carrière? Dan is dit scholingstraject voor jou dé kans om jouw kennis en ervaring over te dragen, naast het uitvoeren van je reguliere werkzaamheden.

Het scholingstraject

Tijdens het scholingstraject combineer jij werken en leren met elkaar. Je volgt verschillende lesdagen, neemt deel aan intervisiebijeenkomsten en gaat aan de slag met oefeningen in de praktijk. Zo ontwikkel jij – onder deskundige begeleiding – de vaardigheden die je als docent nodig hebt. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met andere toekomstige docenten uit het Sociaal Domein. Je krijgt les van deskundige docenten die een ruime ervaring hebben in het werkveld.

Wat ga je leren tijdens de scholingsdagen?

Tijdens de lesdagen ga je leren hoe jij kundig en zelfverzekerd voor de klas staat. Je doet kennis op over verschillende leerstijlen, het bewaken van leerrendement en hoe je omgaat met weerstand. Daarnaast ga je ook echt zelf aan de slag: je gaat lessen voorbereiden én daadwerkelijk lesgeven. Dit doe je stapsgewijs met meeloopdagen, duo-lesdagen en uiteindelijk sta je dan écht zelf voor de klas! Dit alles gaat onder begeleiding van ervaren docenten.

Studiebelasting

De studiebelasting van dit scholingstraject bestaat uit 10 lesdagen. Eens per maand volg je een les. Naast de lesdagen neem je tijdens dit traject deel aan 5 intervisiebijeenkomsten. Ook maak je voorbereidende opdrachten, verdiep je je in studiemateriaal en blijf je actief bezig met jouw ontwikkeling. De gemiddelde studiebelasting is 6 uur per week. Tijdens het traject blijf je minimaal 24 uur per week werkzaam binnen je eigen vakgebied. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld als consulent, kwaliteitsmedewerker, beleidsmedewerker of in een vergelijkbare functie.

Resultaat

Wanneer je het scholingstraject helemaal hebt doorlopen, ontvang je van ons een persoonlijk certificaat. Met dat certificaat toon je aan dat je beschikt over didactische vaardigheden vanuit onderwijskundige methodiek. Daarnaast ben je in staat om zelfstandig scholing voor te bereiden, lessen te geven en te reflecteren op je eigen handelen als docent.

Wanneer en waar gaat het scholingstraject ‘Docent worden, consulent blijven’ van start?

De eerstvolgende groep gaat van start op 22 januari. De lesdagen vinden plaats op ons hoofdkantoor in Meppel. Je opdrachten bij Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein kunnen al eerder of later beginnen, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.

Kosten en aanmelden

Kom jij in dienst bij Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein, dan zijn er geen kosten verbonden aan dit scholingstraject. Wij investeren in jou door deze kosten te betalen. Ook krijg je salaris conform jouw arbeidsovereenkomst voor (on)bepaalde tijd op de dagen waarop je werkzaam bent.
