Klantadviseur Burgerzaken Backoffice

Als Klantadviseur Burgerzaken combineer je dienstverlening aan inwoners met specialistische werkzaamheden binnen de Burgerlijke Stand (BS), Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) en het internationaal privaatrecht (IPR). Je behandelt complexe vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen en rechtsfeiten zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden verwerkt.

Je werkt zowel aan de balie als in de backoffice en bent daarnaast een inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor collega’s. Je deelt jouw kennis, coacht medewerkers en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en bewaken van de kwaliteit van werkprocessen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Behandelen en verwerken van complexe vraagstukken rondom optie en naturalisatie;
  • Beoordelen en verwerken van buitenlandse brondocumenten;
  • Organiseren en administratief verwerken van huwelijken;
  • Behandelen van eerste inschrijvingen en hervestigingen;
  • Registreren en verwerken van rechtsfeiten in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP);
  • Toepassen van het internationaal privaatrecht (IPR);
  • Opmaken en verwerken van akten van de Burgerlijke Stand;
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van inwoners bij complexe Burgerzaken-vraagstukken;
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor collega’s op het gebied van BS, IPR en BRP;
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van collega’s binnen verschillende taakgebieden van Burgerzaken;
  • Bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van werkprocessen;
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en hierover afstemmen met de specialist en kwaliteits-/beleidsadviseur;
  • Uitvoeren van zowel balie- als backofficewerkzaamheden;
  • Werken op verschillende locaties en volgens het geldende rooster.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Een behaald backoffice-diploma Burgerzaken of relevante vakgerichte certificaten (harde eis);
  • Bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Bij voorkeur brede en actuele kennis van de verschillende onderdelen van Burgerzaken;
  • Kennis van en/of ervaring met BRP, Burgerlijke Stand en internationaal privaatrecht;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende werklocaties en tijdens avondopenstellingen;
  • Je hebt een dienstverlenende en professionele instelling;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneren;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, doelgericht en planmatig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je beslissingen;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je denkt kritisch mee over de kwaliteit en verbetering van werkprocessen;
  • Je vindt het leuk om collega’s inhoudelijk te ondersteunen en kennis over te dragen;
  • Je staat open voor feedback en blijft jezelf graag ontwikkelen.
