Klantmanager Inkomen Participatiewet

Als Klantmanager Inkomen ben je verantwoordelijk voor een rechtmatige, zorgvuldige en tijdige uitvoering van de Participatiewet. Je beheert zelfstandig een eigen caseload met zowel reguliere inwoners als statushouders en behandelt aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen.

Je combineert rechtmatigheid met oog voor de persoonlijke situatie van de inwoner. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s binnen onder andere inburgering, schuldhulpverlening en Wmo en met externe partners. Zo draag je bij aan bestaanszekerheid, participatie en een stabiele basis voor inwoners.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Zelfstandig beheren van een eigen caseload binnen de Participatiewet;
  • Begeleiden van zowel reguliere inwoners als statushouders;
  • Voeren van dienstverleningsgesprekken en uitvoeren van rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken;
  • Beoordelen van het recht op uitkering en verwerken van aanvragen;
  • Behandelen van aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen;
  • Opstellen van rapportages en juridisch correcte beschikkingen;
  • Signaleren van wijzigingen in de persoonlijke situatie van inwoners en hier adequaat op handelen;
  • Zorgdragen voor een tijdige en correcte administratieve verwerking;
  • Toepassen van de Participatiewet en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving;
  • Zorgen voor volledige, juiste en navolgbare dossiervorming;
  • Werken volgens vastgestelde werkprocessen en bijdragen aan het verbeteren hiervan;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in de uitvoering en deze bespreken met collega’s en leidinggevende;
  • Afstemmen met collega’s binnen onder andere inburgering, schuldhulpverlening en Wmo;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor betrokken partijen rondom jouw caseload;
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe ketenpartners.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Klantmanager Rechtmatigheid binnen de Participatiewet (harde eis);
  • Actuele kennis van de Participatiewet en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving;
  • Kennis van en ervaring met S4SD;
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van een caseload;
  • Ervaring met aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen;
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken en het opstellen van rapportages en beschikkingen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent empathisch en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende doelgroepen;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht;
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en schakelen binnen een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Je bent per direct beschikbaar tot eind januari 2027.
