Manager Werk & Inkomen

Als Manager Werk & Inkomen geef je leiding aan een team dat voor belangrijke organisatorische en inhoudelijke opgaven staat. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met duidelijke resultaatgerichte sturing. Medewerkers voelen zich gezien en gehoord, maar weten tegelijkertijd welke kaders, verantwoordelijkheden en resultaten van hen worden verwacht.

Je bouwt actief mee aan de verdere inrichting en ontwikkeling van het team Werk & Inkomen. Daarbij zet je projectmatig werken en goede managementinformatie in om grip te krijgen op resultaten, bedrijfsvoering en caseloads. Je werkt nauw samen met de teamregisseur, die zich richt op de vakinhoudelijke begeleiding van de consulenten.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Leidinggeven aan professionals binnen Werk & Inkomen;
  • Bouwen aan de verdere inrichting en ontwikkeling van het team of de teams;
  • Begeleiden van medewerkers vanuit een mensgerichte én resultaatgerichte managementstijl;
  • Stellen van duidelijke kaders en medewerkers aanspreken op gemaakte afspraken en resultaten;
  • Versterken van de bedrijfsvoering binnen Werk & Inkomen;
  • Inzetten en verder ontwikkelen van managementinformatie voor resultaatgerichte sturing;
  • Analyseren van resultaten, caseloads en andere relevante stuurinformatie;
  • Vertalen van managementinformatie naar concrete verbeteracties;
  • Projectmatig aanpakken van organisatorische en operationele vraagstukken;
  • Sturen op voortgang en het daadwerkelijk realiseren van afgesproken resultaten;
  • Begeleiden van teamontwikkeling en veranderingen binnen de organisatie;
  • Samenwerken met de teamregisseur rondom de ontwikkeling en ondersteuning van consulenten Werk & Inkomen;
  • Bijdragen aan een duidelijke taak- en verantwoordelijkheidsverdeling binnen het team;
  • Bewaken van continuïteit, kwaliteit en resultaten binnen de dienstverlening.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Meer dan 3 jaar recente managementervaring (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare kennis van en recente werkervaring binnen Werk & Inkomen (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met resultaatgericht en projectmatig werken (harde eis);
  • Je bent direct beschikbaar voor 32 tot 36 uur per week (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbaar succesvolle ervaring met teamontwikkeling en veranderkundige trajecten;
  • Ervaring met het organiseren en verbeteren van een gedegen bedrijfsvoering;
  • Ervaring met het gebruiken van managementinformatie als basis voor resultaatgerichte sturing;
  • Je weet medewerkers op een mensgerichte manier mee te nemen in veranderingen;
  • Je geeft medewerkers ruimte en aandacht, maar bent tegelijkertijd duidelijk over kaders en verwachtingen;
  • Je bent in staat om complexe organisatorische opgaven te vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten;
  • Je kunt effectief samenwerken met inhoudelijke professionals, teamregisseurs en andere betrokkenen;
  • Je beschikt over sterke leiderschaps-, communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden.

De functie is voor 32 tot 36 uur per week.
