Klantmanager Werk

Als Klantmanager Werk begeleid je bijstandsgerechtigden richting maatschappelijke participatie en waar mogelijk duurzaam werk. Je kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft om stappen vooruit te zetten en weet inwoners te motiveren en stimuleren om actief aan hun ontwikkeling te werken.

Je voert intakegesprekken, stelt passende trajecten in en houdt de regie op de voortgang. Daarbij werk je onder andere volgens het Integratief Gedragsmodel (IGM) en Stress-sensitieve Dienstverlening (SSD). Je werkt nauw samen met de Klantmanager Inkomen, collega’s en externe partijen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige administratieve afhandeling in Suite.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je voert samen met de Klantmanager Inkomen intakegesprekken met nieuwe klanten;
  • Je begeleidt bijstandsgerechtigden richting maatschappelijke participatie of duurzaam werk;
  • Je motiveert en stimuleert klanten om stappen te zetten binnen hun traject;
  • Je werkt volgens het Integratief Gedragsmodel (IGM) en Stress-sensitieve Dienstverlening (SSD);
  • Je brengt mogelijkheden en belemmeringen van klanten in kaart en stemt de begeleiding hierop af;
  • Je schakelt waar nodig externe partijen in voor aanvullende ondersteuning;
  • Je voert regie over ingekochte trajecten en bewaakt de voortgang hiervan;
  • Je rapporteert zorgvuldig over trajecten en ontwikkelingen;
  • Je stelt beschikkingen op en verwerkt deze in Suite;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het integrale team;
  • Je denkt actief mee met collega’s en levert een bijdrage aan werkgroepen en projecten;
  • Je zorgt voor een klantgerichte, kwalitatieve en zorgvuldige uitvoering van je werkzaamheden.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over een aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau (harde eis);
  • Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 7 jaar als Klantmanager Werk bij een gemeente of gemeenschappelijke regeling (harde eis);
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het begeleiden, motiveren en stimuleren van de doelgroep van de Participatiewet (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig voeren van intakegesprekken is een pré;
  • Ervaring met begeleiding volgens het Integratief Gedragsmodel (IGM) en/of Stress-sensitieve Dienstverlening (SSD) is een pré;
  • Ervaring met Suite is een pré;
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet inwoners op een positieve manier te motiveren;
  • Je bent creatief en denkt in mogelijkheden wanneer de standaardroute niet passend is;
  • Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige verslaglegging en dossiervorming;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega’s en externe partners;
  • Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
