Locatiemedewerker Opvang Oekraïners

Als Locatiemedewerker zorg je ervoor dat bewoners van een opvanglocatie voor Oekraïners zich in een veilige, nette en gastvrije omgeving bevinden. Op de locatie in Beilen wonen ongeveer 90 bewoners, waaronder gezinnen, moeders met kinderen, alleenstaanden en ouderen. Het gaat in de basis om een rustige en diverse bewonersgroep.

Je bent tijdens je dienst in principe de enige locatiemedewerker op de locatie. Dat betekent dat je zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en bij onverwachte situaties zelf een goede inschatting maakt. Van het ontvangen van bewoners en bezoekers tot het handelen bij een incident: geen enkele dienst is hetzelfde.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, bezoekers, omwonenden en hulpdiensten;
  • Je voert controlerondes uit op het gebied van veiligheid, toegankelijkheid, brandveiligheid, hygiëne en welzijn;
  • Je beoordeelt situaties en onderneemt zelfstandig actie bij incidenten, zoals brand, een bewoner die onwel wordt of een lekkage;
  • Je schakelt waar nodig de juiste hulpdiensten of andere ondersteuning in;
  • Je voert administratieve werkzaamheden uit en zorgt voor een goede rapportage en overdracht;
  • Je voert waar nodig BHV-taken uit;
  • Je lost eenvoudige technische problemen zelfstandig op, zoals het vervangen van een lamp;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de algemene ruimtes en de balie schoon en representatief blijven;
  • Je controleert of bewoners de gezamenlijke keukens goed schoonhouden en helpt waar nodig mee;
  • Je controleert kamers na het vertrek van bewoners en voert indien nodig aanvullende schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en blijft rustig en besluitvaardig in onverwachte situaties;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft binnen de kaders van je functie zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen;
  • Je bent proactief, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je bent gastvrij, dienstverlenend en communicatief vaardig;
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt eenvoudige technische problemen zelf oplossen;
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met verschillende mensen en doelgroepen;
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar voor wisselende diensten, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend;
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een geldig BHV-certificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen.

Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week in diensten van 8 uur. De diensten zijn van 08:00 tot 16:00 uur of van 16:00 tot 00:00 uur. Het rooster wordt ongeveer vier weken van tevoren bekendgemaakt. Tijdens een dienst ben je acht uur aanwezig en krijg je ook acht uur betaald.

Je werkt vrijwel altijd op de opvanglocatie in Beilen. Incidenteel kan je worden gevraagd een dienst te draaien op de opvanglocatie in Smilde. De functie start zo snel mogelijk.
