Medewerker Financiële Administratie

Als Medewerker Financiële Administratie zorg je voor een tijdige, juiste en volledige verwerking van financiële gegevens. De nadruk van jouw werkzaamheden ligt op debiteurenadministratie, facturatie, betalingsverwerking en invordering. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht over openstaande posten en zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen goed blijven verlopen.

Je krijgt een zelfstandige en afwisselende rol waarin je naast de dagelijkse financiële administratie ook ondersteuning biedt bij bredere financiële werkzaamheden. Je werkt daarbij samen met collega’s, maar bent goed in staat om je eigen werkzaamheden te organiseren en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een correcte uitvoering.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je beheert en controleert debiteurenstamgegevens;
  • Je bereidt verkoopnota’s voor en verwerkt deze in de financiële administratie;
  • Je verwerkt en matcht bankafschriften;
  • Je lettert ontvangen betalingen af op openstaande nota’s;
  • Je controleert en corrigeert openstaande posten en vooruitbetalingen;
  • Je verzorgt de opvolging van betalingsherinneringen en voert invorderingsacties uit;
  • Je bewaakt openstaande posten en de voortgang van het invorderingsproces;
  • Je ondersteunt bij memoriaalboekingen en begrotingswijzigingen;
  • Je ondersteunt bij financiële koppelingen en grootboek- en boekingsbeheer;
  • Je draagt waar nodig bij aan werkzaamheden rondom activa, reserves en voorzieningen;
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij fiscale en verantwoordingsprocessen, waaronder btw, BCF en Iv3;
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en draagt bij aan een correcte en betrouwbare financiële administratie;
  • Je pakt binnen jouw kennis- en ervaringsniveau andere voorkomende financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden op;
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de administratieve processen.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde financieel-administratieve opleiding op minimaal mbo-4-niveau (harde eis);
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar binnen een financiële administratie (harde eis);
  • Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met debiteurenadministratie, facturatie én betalingsverwerking (harde eis);
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen een financiële administratie;
  • Ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie is een pré;
  • Ervaring met gemeentelijke financiële applicaties is een pré;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met debiteurenbeheer, invordering en openstaande postenadministratie;
  • Je bent bereid en in staat om meerdere dagen per week op locatie in Twello te werken;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor de juistheid en volledigheid van financiële gegevens;
  • Je bent zelfstandig en weet jouw werkzaamheden goed te plannen en prioriteren;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en bewaakt actief de voortgang van jouw werkzaamheden;
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je bent proactief en signaleert zelf waar actie of verbetering nodig is;
  • Je werkt prettig samen met collega’s en andere betrokkenen binnen de organisatie;
  • Je gaat integer en betrouwbaar om met financiële gegevens en verantwoordelijkheden.
