Als Medewerker Leefgeld Oekraïne ondersteun je ontheemde Oekraïners bij het beoordelen en verstrekken van financiële ondersteuning. Je analyseert inkomenssituaties en beoordeelt zorgvuldig of inwoners recht hebben op leefgeld, waarbij je rekening houdt met hun persoonlijke omstandigheden.

In deze functie combineer je nauwkeurigheid en analytisch vermogen met een menselijke benadering. Je hebt veel contact met inwoners, waarbij regelmatig sprake is van een taalbarrière. Je weet informatie duidelijk en geduldig over te brengen, signaleert mogelijke onrechtmatigheden en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van werkprocessen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je beoordeelt het recht op leefgeld voor ontheemde Oekraïners;
  • Je analyseert inkomenssituaties en houdt daarbij rekening met individuele omstandigheden;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met inwoners en voert gesprekken over hun situatie;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en geduldig, ook wanneer sprake is van een taalbarrière;
  • Je verstrekt belangrijke informatie over leefgeld en bijbehorende regelingen;
  • Je signaleert mogelijke fraude en onrechtmatigheden en handelt hier adequaat naar;
  • Je zorgt voor een zorgvuldige en correcte beoordeling van dossiers;
  • Je plant en organiseert je werkzaamheden zelfstandig;
  • Je maakt nieuwe taken, processen en werkwijzen snel eigen;
  • Je denkt kritisch mee over bestaande processen en mogelijkheden om deze efficiënter in te richten;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en pakt waar nodig nieuwe werkzaamheden op, zoals het innen van eigen bijdragen;
  • Je draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige en klantgerichte dienstverlening aan ontheemde Oekraïners.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring als Inkomensconsulent of Klantmanager is een pré;
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden;
  • Je kunt nieuwe werkzaamheden en processen snel doorgronden en zelfstandig uitvoeren;
  • Je beschikt over goede plannings- en organisatievaardigheden;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed omgaan met taalbarrières;
  • Je bent empathisch en geduldig in het contact met inwoners in kwetsbare situaties;
  • Je bent alert op mogelijke fraude en onrechtmatigheden;
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar werkprocessen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen;
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om nieuwe taken en verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 36 uur per week;
  • Je bent tijdens de inwerkperiode bereid om (bijna) volledig op locatie te werken. Zodra je zelfstandig kunt werken, is hybride werken mogelijk met een minimale wekelijkse aanwezigheid op locatie.
