Procesbegeleider Schuldregeling en Budgetbeheer

Als Procesbegeleider Schuldregeling en Budgetbeheer help je inwoners met financiële zorgen om weer grip te krijgen op hun situatie. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de schulden. Je brengt overzicht, zoekt naar passende oplossingen en begeleidt inwoners naar financiële rust en een stabiele toekomst.

Je combineert schuldregeling met budgetbeheer en beheert zelfstandig je eigen caseload. Daarbij heb je veel contact met inwoners en schuldeisers. Ook wanneer situaties complex zijn, weet je het overzicht te bewaren en zorgvuldig toe te werken naar een duurzame oplossing.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je begeleidt inwoners met financiële zorgen en brengt overzicht en perspectief in hun situatie;
  • Je voert werkzaamheden uit binnen fase 2 van de schuldhulpverlening;
  • Je maakt afspraken met schuldeisers en stelt passende schuldregelingen op;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met schuldeisers over de voortgang en gemaakte afspraken;
  • Je voert budgetbeheer uit en beheert de budgetten van inwoners;
  • Je begeleidt inwoners bij het verantwoord omgaan met hun inkomsten en uitgaven;
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen caseload en bewaakt de voortgang van de verschillende trajecten;
  • Je ondersteunt inwoners bij het bereiken en behouden van een stabiele en duurzame financiële situatie;
  • Je kijkt niet alleen naar de schulden, maar ook naar achterliggende oorzaken en wat iemand nodig heeft om verder te komen;
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s, gemeenten en andere betrokken partners binnen de schuldhulpverlening.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met budgetbeheer en fase 2 van de schuldhulpverlening;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van een caseload;
  • Ervaring met Allegro Art en Suite4WIZ is een pré;
  • Je beschikt over goed cijfermatig inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig;
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en weet ook bij complexe situaties het overzicht te bewaren;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en kunt gemakkelijk schakelen tussen inwoners en schuldeisers;
  • Je kunt je werkzaamheden goed plannen en organiseren;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de voortgang van jouw dossiers;
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf vakinhoudelijk te blijven ontwikkelen.
