Objetivo del Puesto:

Contribuir a mantener las relaciones armoniosas con las comunidades y demás stakeholders (propietarios privados e instituciones) del área de influencia de CDA, con el objetivo de garantizar las operaciones de la central

Funciones Principales

1. Sostener una comunicación fluida con los grupos de interés a nivel local.

2. Mantener la viabilidad social y fortalecer las relaciones con la comunidad, terceros y población del área de influencia de la operación.

3. Ejecutar estrategias de relacionamiento comunitario.

4. Gestionar y obtener acuerdos, convenios, permisos del área y las áreas operativas.

5. Identificar los interés y propósitos de las autoridades líderes y población comunal (Stakeholders) para la elaboración de planes de contingencia.

6. Asistir a reuniones y espacios de dialogo con comunidades, autoridades locales y regionales

7. Participar en las negociaciones con comunidades y propietarios privados.

8. Cumplimiento de las políticas de relaciones comunitarias y de los planes operativos

9. Identificación y reporte de riesgos sociales en la zona de influencia

Requisitos

  • Profesional universitario sin restricción de carrera
  • Sólidos conocimientos y experiencia con herramientas de gestión social
  • Experiencia laboral como Relacionista Comunitario Sr, Gestor Social Sr , o afines mínimo de 05 años; trabajando con población de zonas rurales o de selva
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel Intermedio
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en regimen 15X15
