Wil jij impact maken op veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit binnen een internationale chemische productieomgeving?

Voor onze locatie in Delden zoeken wij een ervaren Manager SHEQ die richting geeft aan ons veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbeleid en tegelijkertijd het verschil maakt op de werkvloer.

Bij KLK Kolb krijg je de kans om te werken binnen een internationale organisatie waar veiligheid, duurzaamheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. De Manager SHEQ rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Site Manager van Delden.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden / Kerntaken

Als Manager SHEQ ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van het beleid op het gebied van:

  • Veiligheid (Safety)
  • Gezondheid (Health)
  • Milieu (Environment)
  • Kwaliteit (Quality)

Je geeft leiding aan het SHEQ-team en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management, productie, engineering en externe stakeholders.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

  • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van SHEQ-beleid
  • Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving
  • Begeleiden van interne en externe audits
  • Beheren van vergunningen en certificeringen
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en verbeterprojecten
  • Versterken van de veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie
  • Rapporteren van SHEQ-prestaties aan management en internationale stakeholders

Als kandidaat beschik je over de volgende kennis, ervaring en competenties

  • Afgeronde HBO- of WO opleiding in de richting van: Veiligheidskunde Chemische Technologie Milieukunde Integrale Veiligheidskunde Bedrijfskunde
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als leidinggevende richting SHEQ, QHSE, HSE, KAM etc.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële, chemische, productie of proces technische omgeving
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
  • Sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Onze arbeidsvoorwaarden voor deze rol zijn:

  • Een salaris buiten onze CAO: bruto all-in jaarsalaris tussen € 90.000,- en € 110.000,- (Dit is inclusief vakantietoeslag en een 13e maand), afhankelijk van kennis en kunde;
  • 36,5 vrije dagen per jaar, op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Een werkgeversbijdrage van 2/3 aan pensioenopbouw;
  • Een actieve personeelsvereniging die jaarlijks diverse uitjes verzorgd;
  • De mogelijkheid om in de pauzes deel te nemen aan diverse sportactiviteiten.
