Localização:

Esta vaga conta com uma modalidade de trabalho híbrida em nossos escritórios de São Paulo.

Responsabilidades:

A mesa de Análise Manual atua na parte operacional da análise de crédito e prevenção a fraude da empresa, sendo responsável por analisar transações financeiras com o objetivo de identificar comportamentos suspeitos. Realiza análises de crédito e prevenção a fraude, mensurando e monitorando os riscos envolvidos na operação. As principais funções serão:

  • Analisar propostas de crédito sob políticas e diretrizes pré-definidas, consultando bureaus de crédito e fontes externas de informação (bureaus de dados, internet, redes sociais) para avaliação de risco.
  • Monitorar transações suspeitas em tempo real, documentar casos de fraude identificados e apoiar na investigação de padrões suspeitos.
  • Validar e confirmar informações de renda e dados cadastrais do cliente, inclusive via telefone, analisando o perfil completo — incluindo perfil de crédito — conforme política da Koin.
  • Aplicar consistentemente as políticas de crédito estabelecidas pela área e monitorar transações e atividades em tempo real para identificar comportamentos suspeitos ao longo da jornada do cliente.
  • Detectar e prever fraudes através de ferramentas específicas, realizando análises criteriosas de transações e identificando padrões suspeitos de compras realizadas pela internet.
  • Documentar e manter registro detalhado das análises realizadas, dos casos identificados e das tratativas efetuadas.
  • Identificar tarefas passíveis de automação e participar de iniciativas de IA, mapeando processos e pilotando soluções para melhoria contínua da operação.
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento básico em análise financeira e legislação de crédito.
  • Conhecimento básico em sistemas de monitoramento antifraude.
  • Noção básica de pacote Office e Google Drive.
