Esta vacante cuenta con una modalidad de trabajo remota dentro de México.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes potenciales en México, con foco en empresas que requieren soluciones antifraude para su eCommerce, dentro del ecosistema de pagos.
  • Requiere un sólido conocimiento de las tendencias de fraude, la gestión de riesgos y las estrategias de ventas, así como excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para establecer relaciones con los clientes y cerrar acuerdos.
  • Promover activamente nuestras soluciones de prevención de fraude como parte de la propuesta de valor integral de Koin.
  • Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de nuestras soluciones (antifraude, pagos) a clientes potenciales.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes estratégicos, asegurando satisfacción y continuidad.
  • Negociar contratos y acuerdos comerciales que integren nuestras soluciones antifraude como componentes clave.
  • Brindar retroalimentación estratégica al equipo de producto y tecnología sobre las necesidades específicas del mercado mexicano en materia de fraude.
  • Experiencia sólida en ventas B2B con enfoque consultiva y desarrollo de negocios en empresas que ofrecen soluciones antifraude
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de pagos en México (emisores, adquirentes, wallets, fintechs).
  • Capacidad comprobada de relacionamiento con tomadores de decisión en áreas de riesgo, prevención de fraude, pagos y tecnología de los principales Comercios.
  • Habilidades destacadas de comunicación y negociación.
  • Autonomía, foco en resultados y mentalidad emprendedora.
  • Residencia en México y disponibilidad para viajar.

Deseables:

  • Experiencia previa en soluciones antifraude, fintechs, PSPs, adquirentes o empresas SaaS del sector financiero.
  • Conocimiento de estrategias de precios y modelos de negocio en soluciones antifraude.
  • Experiencia desarrollando oportunidades de cross-selling y up-selling.
